Need to move sofa bed and recliner upstairs in my house .

As sofa beds are generally heavier than regular sofas, it would be wise to do as much as you can to lighten the load. You should remove the mattress and cushions before trying to move the sofa. Once the sofa is removed, you should secure the mattress mechanism with string so it won't open mid-move.
