Satisfied but...
Great American Vanlines
Initially when I was contacted by the company and asked to give an estimate the number of things we have to move, I randomly gave them the number of boxes which I thought would be the number of boxes that need to be moved to the new place, but it turned out that the number of boxes we needed to move the whole house was much more than I thought it would be. So the estimate the initially gave me was way lower than what I was actually charged. It was way beyond what I expected even for the increase in the number of boxes.
