Moving Documents

In order to make sure you understand the purpose of these documents, here is an overview of the most important documents you’ll come across during the moving process and what you need to do with them.
Finding Cross Country Movers
Moving all the way across the country can be a difficult task, and that's even before you get to hiring a moving company to take care of the job for you. But aside from all of the planning and preparation, and especially all of the packing that has to be done, you also have to find a good reliable cross country mover to handle your relocation. This guide will give you some pointers on how to find that cross country moving company that's right for your move.
Moving During the School Year
Many people who have children opt to move during the summer when school is out for the year, however sometimes the circumstances don't allow for easy planning and schedules to fall into place and you must move in the middle of a school year. While there are many hurdles that come with moving your kids during a school year, it can be done painlessly if you know what to expect and how to tackle the challenges as they come.
How to Make Your Dog Familiar with ...
When you're moving with pets, it can sometimes be difficult to help them adjust to their new surroundings, certainly more difficult than it is for children and family members because you can't communicate with them. For dogs especially, moving can be just as stressful an experience for them as it is for you and your family, and this guide will provide you with some tips and advice on how to help them adjust to their new home.
What is the Bill of Lading?
During the moving process, there is likely to be a lot of paperwork for you to read, fill out, and sign. Perhaps the most important document is the bill of lading. The bill of lading serves as the contract between you and your mover and lays out all of the terms and conditions of the move.

Could have done better
All Around Moving & Storage
They were just okay. I probably wouldn't hire them again. A lot of the things I wanted it done, they couldn't do. I wanted some of the furnishings in certain places. They said they couldn't do it but the maintenance guy did it the next morning. The price was reasonable. For future customers I can say you just have to stay on them so that to make sure they did everything you want them to do and to put it where you want them to put it. Estimate was pretty good. I didn't get all the services that I requested.

Honest company excellent service
Corrigan Moving Systems
Excellent. Everything was excellent. The staff were very professional. They were friendly. They were courteous. Extremely helpful. They were just all in all just maximum group of people both the crew from Michigan and the crew here in LA. Both were really good. I think price was reasonable. We didn't moved a lot of items and they even gave us a refund because their estimate that they gave us - our total weight was under their estimate. So they gave us a refund. I thought that was a pretty good deal. Very honest company. Nothing was broken. We packed our own boxes but they packed the furniture and wrapped everything. Everything was very well wrapped. Yes we did receive all the services that we requested. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to move to areas that they cover. I would highly recommend them.

The first lighthouses in Michigan were built in 1818 and 1822, and were used to project light at night and serve as a landmark for sailors.
