Movers didn' show up
US Van Lines not only took exorbitant deposit, they didn't show up on the day (Feb 25) thbey were supposed to pick up our stuff !! Third-Rate Moving Company
I have used a couple of moving companies in my years of going from state-to-state, and United States Van Lines has to be the worse of them all. Do Not Use Them
I was quoted $2,000 less than the final charge. They used a third party to complete my move and that experience was terrible. I was told by John Niewoehner (a Senior level employee) that he would be there throughout the whole move, and on the day of the move I did not hear from him once and haven't since. After recieving your deposit,you are history. Original sales person Colby Evans ,has ignored all calls and e-mails.
