I want to move a dodge viper in a closed air trailer from East Amherst, NY to South St. Louis What would that cost me? Is the fee per mile?

Hello and thanks for visiting Movers.com!

Shipping your car in an enclosed trailer is a great way to move your car while protecting it from debris, dirt and damage, but it can also be more expensive to ship your car this way.

Enclosed Trailers

Enclosed trailers make use of soft tie-downs and climate control systems in order to deliver your car in top shape. They also utilize lift gates to lift your car onto the truck, which will avoid dents and scratches to the exterior. These advantages make it the better option for shipping luxury and antique cars.

However, high costs are often associated with the service. The costs can depend on the time of year the move will be executed among other things including availability. Other factors that play a role in how much your shipment will be include, the size of the car, the distance and the amount of insurance coverage you choose for the shipment.

Before choosing any auto shipper, be sure to ask these important questions and ensure that the company is licensed and reliable and ultimately affordable.
