There are many different types of moving services that can be provided to you. After you get your free quotes, make sure you get at least three estimates before you choose to hire a service.

For moving just a few items, your move is what is called a small move. This is usually the case in studio apartments and dorm rooms (or in your case, just moving a few items) and is any move that weighs less than 2,000 pounds. This option is also for someone who does not want to use a freight method to ship his or her furniture. It may cost you a bit more, since the move will also be considered long distance due to it being between states.

They will pack and protect your dining room set and bring it to your new location without you having to lift a finger.
