Ive heard a lot about PODS and have been thinking about possibly using one as a storage space for some spare belongings. How exactly do they work and how do they differ from a regular storage unit?

PODS are a unique new alternative to conventional storage facilities, and they differ in one major way: they are portable. This means that they can be taken with you when you move, and are a versatile way to not only have extra space to store your belongings, but to be able to keep them close by and have constant access to them as well.

They can be used for both short-term and long-term storage and are the perfect alternative to storage facilities for a number of different situations where it might be more advantageous to have portable storage solutions than to have to commute to and from a remote storage facility location.

For example, if you are having work done on your house and need to move furniture and other things out of the home due to construction and need a place to store them temporarily, you can rent a POD and have it placed right on your property, so you can access your belongings whenever the need arises.

Also, PODS are perfect for people who lack the amount of storage space in the home to keep all of their belongings and can serve as a second garage or shed for that much-needed extra storage. PODS can be conveniently delivered to your house and they will also be picked up once you are finished using it.
