We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your delivery. We highly recommend trying to call the company again directly throughout the day rather than the person you have been dealing with directly.
If you still have not heard back from them by the end of the day, we recommend leaving a review on Movers.com as well as a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Be sure to leave a voicemail with the company mentioning you plan to report them to the BBB as well if they still refuse to answer your calls.
