DO NOT USE

The idea is to underbid/underestimate your load weight and give you a low price - then they charge you a lot more on the other end - but they tell you in an inaccurate way (its called a rip off). I was quoted a low weight and it would be $0.65/lb. and then at the other end they charge you $0.85/lb. but they tell you the difference in weight will be $0.20/lb (not 20 cents more per pound). Then they rush the unloading, use minimal descriptions on your items, get you to sign - because they are so busy and have another load to deliver - and they keep your stuff. Then they mislead you into thinking that they are looking for your lost items - all the while knowing they are going to deny your claim. They wont track down your stuff - and they wont do anything to retrieve the wrong items they left at your place. Not to mention they will show up and have a different name for their company. ITS NOT WORTH IT - and certainly don't let them touch anything of yours that you actually want to keep!! Read more

Won't Use Them Again

While Vicky, our Moving Consultant, and the Packer on the truck were terrific, we were called by the In and Out Moving manager and asked to bump up our moving day on short notice because of bad weather, and then sat all day waiting for the truck to arrive. Then, before loading the truck the driver used an adapter to his cell phone to charge my credit card, then decided he had not billed the 5% for using the credit card and said he would issue a credit, then tried charging the higher amount but couldn't, so I drove to a local bank and withdrew $700 and paid in cash. However, the credit for the initial charge never went through and I am still trying to get them to credit my charge card. Read more
