lost or missing jewelry

after the move the jewelry which was in a box an in a taped up dresser was missing... dishes were broken... not worth the money to lose my priceless jewelry, my sentimental gold cross, or my diamond necklace. They were priceless pieces to me. Read more

Don't know why when i search Presque Isle Maine your company comes up ...since you gave me a quote and got all my information and then let me know you only go as far as Portland Maine ....major difference in distance! I even told them that a lot of movering companies dont go clear up there...and i got "ya not everyone does but no problem" all to tell me after i had everything planned, buying a plane ticket back instead of hauling it myself..only to have wasted a ticket because now im stuck doing it!!! you really need to get that search fixed because you wasted a lot of my time and employee called me at least 5 times and emailed me the same amount if not more who get me to go with your company once I did you tell me you can't deliver Read more

The actual moving part of it went very well, they were there when they said they'd be. They made sure that when they packed up the first truck, they made sure everything was secure and they packed mirrors and lamps very securely. However, when it arrived in Florida and I began to unpack, I have a mirror from my dresser that's shattered, irreplaceable china. .... I just felt that the gentlemen who unloaded the boxes was not very gentle. Read more

It was pretty OK, everything came intact that wasn't a problem. They came and put everything in it's place and everything. It just took a long time. They took about three and a half weeks and I was promised about a week or a week and a half. The most important part, there was no communication.
