Stay away from this company and all of its representatives especially Michael Ortiz. They will give you a low quote, charge your credit card and their drivers will make up different excuses why not to pick up your vehicle for about a month and then you will be baited into paying more money because a shipper isn't available for the quote that you were given. They will then find you a reliable driver but it will cost you almost double of your original cost and you will be promised a refund from managers that you will never see because after you pay the driver, they won't contact you back, put you on hold, or promise to call you back after management determines the amount of your refund. Do not waste your time and money with this company because they will scam you for more money after holding you off for about a month! Fraudulent business practices

Contacted a Zackary Weinreb to transport a truck from TX to MD. He told me over the phone that his company (Ship It Transport) was one of the few companies that owned all their own trucks......that was the first lie as he merely brokered my job. He also told me that their trucks were fully insured to the amount of 1 million dollars per car..this was lie number 2 as I later found out that the owner of the car had to insure their own car during transport. After two weeks of waiting Mr Weinreb finally told me my truck would be picked up on a Friday. The previous owner called me Friday night to tell me he hadn't even heard from the shipper. Saturday I was finally able to contact the driver after repeated tries Friday night. He told me he had a truck breakdown but never even apologized for not calling me or the previous owner. He promised it would be picked up on Monday morning. Finally on Monday evening the previous owner called me to say he still hadn't heard from the driver. I called the driver and he said he wasn't even in Texas but he would try to pick it up one day that week. It was then I contacted Mr Weinreb and expressed my displeasure at his unprofessional business sense, and I would be contracting another transport company. I was able to not only procure another company, but arrange pickup within hours of my call. The truck was delivered to me in less than 24 hrs after that! Ship It Transport has refused to refund me my deposit of $250 despite the fact that nobody in his company had been harmed financially from my cancellation of the contract. He lied about almost everything in his contract, and yet held me to a clause in that contract that I would not seek to dispute my credit card deposit.......BUYER BEWARE in this company and this guy! They Are a bunch of Liars

Tell you upfront that you do not need a deposit, then all of a sudden they find a driver for you, then ask for a 200 deposit, then run your credit card without your permission 350 bucks and then they tell you it is just for incidentals and it will be credited back to your card after the delivery is made, Not a chance ! NEVER give them any credibility , no matter how nice the seem on the phone. ITS a scam company ..... Read more

Shipit Transport is a scam

they ran my credit card before they found a driver and now that I have done my research , I see that this is very common for shipit . They are not truthful at all . They run a scam with the drivers they hire. read rip off report as well. Save your money and do your homework before hiring them. Wish I would have. Buyer beware is right ! Read more
