Dishonest,lazy and fraudulent

Do NOT use this disgrace of a company. Dishonest and outright dangerous. Hired them to move from a barely-furnished 2 BR to a house. To make a long story short,they took 8 hours,moving as slowly as they possibly can (mind you,the moved stuff mainly had to go in the garage anyways,we didn't ask them to unpack the boxes). On the 6th hour,when they were still upstairs in the new place,I went up to see what was happening - they were trying to put together the baby crib (which takes about 5 minutes to do) and apparently have been trying to do that for the last hour. When I checked it later that night,they did it completely wrong (a 7 year old child could figure out where the two bolts go) endangering my child. I contacted them after they had the nerve to charge me for 8 hours (they also scuffed the floor and the chairs) and the guy promised to refund me for two hours. He "forgot" for about 4 months now,first saying he got COVID,then his son got COVID,then other excuses till he stopped replying. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but in the meanwhile,do yourself a favor and do NOT use Wasatch,even if they seem cheaper than the others - there's a reason. They'll end up costing you twice as much and waste your time and energy in the process. Read more
