If you take the second road, you might be wondering how long it would take them to pack your house and what kind of factors go into figuring out how the process works.
Full Service Moving
When relocating, you can hire a moving company to do a full-service move. If you undergo a full-service move, your movers will pack your things up in your old home, load them onto the truck, drive to your new location, unload everything off the truck, and unpack your belongings in your new home. Though full-service moves can be expensive, they can provide for a less stressful move – you can sit back and relax as the movers do all the work!
Saving Money on Your Move

Keeping Your Movers Happy

If you use professionals though, you'll want to make sure they are happy and able to do their job effectively and efficiently.

Century Moving Services
The priced they quoted for all, I have to declare all of my inventory ahead of time. They said it was $2.50 for square feel because it was going into storage for a week. When they came in they said the volume was too much and it actually doubled. Actually more than doubled. They quoted me $2600 and they asked me for $6500. When they came in after loading the stuff into the truck, I asked them what the price would be, but they couldn't tell me until everything was loaded into the truck. When they loaded everything, packed and loaded, that's when they told me $6500.
