GREAT RESULTS WITH 5 STAR MOVING ...

We recently sold our farm and moved back into a subdivision lifestyle in Neosho, MO. The move from the country to our recently remodeled home in Neosho was a short move , but we had a lot of big furniture and antiques, and Bryan, Jeff, and the crew carefully wrapped every piece that needed wrapping, and we did not have any damage. They were particularly careful not to damage corners/carpet of the house we left, and treated the new house with the same care. Besides these two guys, they had 4 men that worked, and all were very polite and courteous. None of our antiques were damaged, and that included several items with glass doors and a Grandfather's clock. I do not hesitate to recommend this company for moving....they told us what they were going to do, and they followed up very carefully to honor their commitment. Wonderful Company to work with!

5 Star went out of their way to make our situation a lot easier. My daughter attends MSSU in Joplin and we live 4 hours away. With classes being moved to online and her having to move out of the dorms we had to make arrangements ASAP. Having a large headboard that we were not able to transport to a local storage unit I got the recommendation from a local swap shop to use 5 Star. When calling I received very friendly service and a affordable quote. I reserved them in the spot! My daughter and I arrived in Joplin Saturday morning and they arrived promptly,even a bit early :) They sent 3 guys in their box truck,carried her large heavy head board down 3 flights of stairs and loaded up the truck and followed me to the storage unit. When it was loaded and I went to pay and the gentleman said the ticket said $0 owed,it was their pleasure to help during these trying times. With the Coronavirus stress going on,5 Star Moving was such a caring reliable company. They have won our business for years to come!

I normally use another moving company but they were booked so I tried 5 star moving and I am so happy they were careful with my items and the men were very polite I just can not say enough about this company they really are the best!

Moved Our Piano

We called several movers in Joplin to move our grand piano and Bryan asked all the right questions so we hired them. They were very professional and handled my grand with kit gloves after chatting with him I found that his mother was a pianist and his father worked at a large moving company for years. No wonder he did so well " lol" I would recommend Bryan at 5 star moving to move a piano anytime.

They moved my one bedroom apt to a small duplex across town they were very professional. Oh I was also referred to them by a friend so I pretty much new they would be good.
