Very disappointing move

After the move they asked for $100 more and they didn't take my calls and they didn't call me back and they promised me that my car would be delivered in 3-4 days but it took around more than 20 days, so that was bad. I received the vehicle and it was fine, but they never told me that I could put up to 200 lbs. of items in the vehicle during the move and the driver asked for more money when they arrived, and that was a problem. If I had any advice for the company to improve, I would tell them to return customers' calls right away and be honest with their time frames, don't tell customers that you will deliver in 3-4 days and then take more than 20 days.

Fairly good service

The first company I tried, they took my money without asking me but I lost like $150. They were changing the price. The second company was good because they didn't change the price but what they said about delivering in five days online was wrong. It reached here in 11 days. I would like to recommend them though.

Everything's okay but service delayed

Everything was okay but it took a while. That is the only problem, otherwise everything was okay. The pricing was good and I received all the services that I requested. I would like to recommend them to my family.

Good service but bad behavior by driver

The driver was not good at all. What happened with him was that the car left with a certain amount of mileage on it and they ended up putting like 800 miles on the car. I called them and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The price was all about the same, and we used this company again this week, but I wouldn't use the driver for sure.

They were not on time

They were really irritating and I am not happy about the move. They took five days to transport our things from our old home to our new home. They didn't maintain their schedule and I am not happy.

Bad customer service

The original pickup date and pricing at the time of signing was changed later. I had to pay $200 more and the car was delivered a week late. Even the customer service was not so good and my queries about the status of my car were not answered immediately.

I recently moved my car from Santa Clara to Austin and the transport company that I used was good, but there was an issue when my car got quite a scratch and it wasn’t reported. Other than that, everything turned out okay. They delivered my car where it was supposed to be delivered.

Amazing Move

Recently I used the services of this company for moving and was really amazed. Their style of work they have done allowed me to arrange my stuff easily and while comparing them on the basis of price, they were reasonable too. Their services are recommended.

Number one in auto transport

My car holds a lot of sentimental value to me and I was worried about its transport. The move was handled very well by this company. From pickup to delivery they were very precise and followed a timeline. I got information about my car from time to time. The delivery was done as promised. I would definitely like to recommend them to my friends and family.

Pretty good move despite a few ...

I would say that overall, this move went pretty well. The whole process took a little bit longer than I had planned on though. I was going to be going out of town on Saturday and requested that they come by then to get the move done, but they didn't arrive by then. Fortunately, we were able to work something else out so it wasn't that big of a deal. The company that brokered the move was difficult to deal with, but the actual company that moved my vehicle got the job done.

A smooth and easy car transport

I recently used an auto transport company to move my car and they did a fantastic job with everything. It's not an easy job to have a car transported, but they made it look easy and plus my car was delivered on time, which I was pleased with. Their pricing was very reasonable and their staff was friendly and professional.

Great Move for a Great Price

This was a really good car moving experience because everything went smoothly as planned, and when everything works out well everyone is happy. They had a great price, although I wish it was a little cheaper, but they delivered on time, their crew was helpful from the beginning to the end, and everything was done correctly. The cherry on top was the customer service, who was very helpful and courteous and made for a truly great hassle-free car transport.

Quick and painless move

I had an excellent experience with my most recent move for the main reason that it was done very quickly and very simply and that made the whole thing very painless and easy to go along with. It of course didn't hurt that the company I used was very professional and extremely good at what they do. The driver was courteous and to top it all off, the price was reasonable and fit very nicely into my moving budget. All in all, everything lived up to my expectations and it was a successful move.
