Don't be fooled

We hired All My Sons to move a piano from my brother's house to my house, into a room 10 feet from the entrance of my home which we moved into weeks prior. While moving my piano the crew left deep scratches in my previously pristine hardwood floor, put a rug over it and didn't say anything to us about it until I ran out to the crew who were sitting in the truck in my driveway. The crew also sat in their truck for hours after the job, to make it appear by their GPS tracker that they were still on the job. We were charged >$300 more than the quoted amount confirmed via phone days prior to the job. For the damage to our floor, we were referred to the claims department by management. Per flooring specialists we have contacted, the damage cannot be fixed and we will have to replace the flooring in the entire room. My family and I spent hours traveling to different flooring stores, getting quotes, getting the room measured, assured by management that we would be taken care of. The estimates for replacing the floors were around $4,000. All my sons offered to pay $475 for the damage. What a joke. I think the only way they stay in business is by manipulating their google reviews.

COMPANY LIES ABOUT PRICING AND GOUGES ...

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They completely lied about their moving prices and then held my furniture hostage after telling me I owed them TWICE what they quoted over the phone the day of the move. This company is underhanded and deceptive. Their customer service was terrible, rude and blamed ME for the incorrect quote. They told me $470 over the phone for an intown move with two guys for 2 hours and ended up demanding $930 when they came to drop off my furniture! This company is scum!

They were on time, they were good, I'm very happy with them. The price was what the going rate is, I know that. It takes time and I hate spending that much money on moving, but that's what the price is, I can't say whether it was high or low and I understand that.
