They were fine, they came on time and it was really quick. I saw some bumps and bruises on my furniture, but I really can't say if it was them or when I moved into the storage unit, I don't know, I can't really blame them. The pricing was comparable, there was no change in the price, it just annoyed me because, I wanted a local mover and whoever the sales person was, he lead me to believe they were local movers but they weren't and it would've been a lot less expensive if they had been a little more honest. I would recommend the two guys, but not the mover.

They were late and I wasn't unable to ...

I was supposed to move on the 23rd between 9 and 10 a.m. I get a call between 10 and something by the owner that the truck had broken down. That is a lie because the driver told me he doesn't have enough drivers. AT the last minute, on the 23rd, he comes but I can't move because the place I was moving too had restrictions about when I should move. There are people that need to check the bags. For security reasons, you can't move in at any time. It's between 9 and 3. They came at 2 o'clock and that's too late.

To me, the thing is, they were punctual they were on time and they were moving the furniture as if it was their own furniture. So they really took ownership of what they were doing.

Honestly, it was a terrible experience because ... only furniture was moved and they charged me almost $800.

I was very happy with them. They worked very hard, they were very courteous and they were very conscientious about their work...I have no complaints whatsoever. They really did a good job...I don't see how they could have done any better. I would go with them again.

THIEVES!!!!!!

We used all mutt sins to move and not only did they blatantly steal from us, they can back, broke into our oils house and stole thingsleft that we said we'd come back for ourselves later,....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Their prices were very fair, the people that were responsible for doing the estimated and the scheduling and making sure that everything ran on time were very responsive, very responsible. They called during the process to check up on how things were doing. Not all moving companies will do that.I liked that they were local... They did great! They were just great!

First, The guys were on-time, second they were excellent personality and pleasant to work with. No. 3 The guy in charge, was EXCELLENT! A great leader, went ahead and took control and got the guys moving. So I was very pleased with the group.

Everything was done right

They were there on time and completed the work in time frame quoted. The two movers were very professional. They worked hard and did a great job. They wrapped a couple of dressers and stuff like that, they just put the blankets around them. Everything was done right they did a good job. They knew what they were doing. They were focused on getting the job done in the time frame that I had allotted myself to try to get it completed. I can't say anything bad about them.

Overall they were professional, but ...

Moving was good. I wasn't quite happy with the way I was invoiced because when I looked at the final invoice there were a lot of other charges that I wasn't made aware of when we moved. There were a few things that I didn't quite like with them. But overall they were professional. They did the move good and it was easy. I just didn't like how they handled the various costs that were incurred to the customers. I wasn't really happy with that.

All my sons they were very good and very great. Their movers were very professional very helpful and they moved us very quickly and they did an excellent job. The movers that they sent were very professional,very good and very fast. They handled my stuff very neatly and gently. The pricing was par, the pricing was very good in the quality of service received. I would definitely recommend them.

Just a good job in general

They just did a very good job, they were very fast and just did a good job in general. The whole process in general was great - they were on time, they were very professional. They worked very quickly and got the job done well. Their price was similar to the other companies, but we went with them because of their experience. For future customers, I would definitely recommend them just based on their concern for your goods and what they are moving and just a professional job in general.

Would not recommend them

It was somewhere in between. The movers were very friendly. They were very approachable. They did a good job except they did chip some of my furniture. They told me that their management team would call me to either refund the furniture or just pay for the damages. The management team never returned my call and never called me back about the damages. I would not recommend them.

Average moving experience

My experience was okay. My schedule move was supposed to be from 9'o clock in the morning. Around the time they were supposed to get there. I got a call that they were gonna be coming late. Unfortunately, I was not feeling well that day, this kinda made things worse because I was sitting around waiting for them while I was in pain. Then I got another call they were gonna come even later so my move was in the afternoon like 2 something. They got here around 2'o’clock. And I am actually using them again and I felt they should have given some type of discount, but they have not given any type of discounts and they took their time to reach me and the fact I know chose to use them again. Price was better, they were like $110 where all the places wanted $130 and stuff like that. They had much higher per hour. I would recommend them. As long as any type of issue there should be some type of reimbursement or credit to use them again, they should tell you like if you use us, you will get discount or something like that or something to appease the customer.

The move was very good. They were professional; very careful and cautious while moving within the house. Their packing was also very good. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family who might be looking for dependable service.

terrible experience I would never recommend this company to anyone. They damaged my walls they broke marble sections of my hardly used patio table .They lost brackets to my adjustable bed so I can"t secure my headboard.They did not send enough truck space to accommodate all my and my daughters things as I instructed them to do,and I asked for three experienced men and they sent me a mover whose first day was my move. The trouble they caused me is overwhelming The claim process is exhausting and time consuming for which I have no time to do but I have to so they can compensate me for all the aggravation they caused. sincerely mary eshoo
