They destroyed everything they touched
Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I paid over 5000 for the IRVING LOCATION to move everything I own across Texas. The 3 people they sent were unprofessional and did not follow any of their own regulations. I don't know if this was a lack or training or lack of care on their part. They did not seran wrap or protect anything, did not protect the TV's in the manner I was sold and paid for, and then stuffed everything in my storage unit so that I wouldn't see any of the damage their negligence caused. They barely taped very thin blankets over some items and then and then left the blankets on so I couldn't see any damage till they were long gone back to Irving. They were cutting corners and just trying to get out of the heat. No one there gave a rats behind about my stuff and if they were loading it safely. I paid for three movers but only two came with us. Which is fine, if they didn't charge me for three people on the unload. Over all, $10,000 worth of furniture was damaged or destroyed, including several pieces that were handmade, numbered and part of my inheritance. Other damaged or unusable pieces include the trampoline, a gas grill, a tv, my dresser, and some hand crafted cars my dead grandfather built. The point is these things are not replaceable or able to be repaired (that's why I picked a large, respectable company for the move and paid so much). The following were damaged but able to be repaired after more time and some money: refrigerator, adjustable hospital bed, and most of my childa large plastic toys, such as two play kitchens, PJ mask headquarters, etc. Please do not let the good name fool you like I did. This location is only staffed by despicable lazy individuals. Since they hid the damage from me in the storage unit for a week, I'm not sure I'll ever get any money for the damage. But you can save yourself! Pick another mover as I sit here among my damaged, irreplaceable furniture and hysterically cry.
