Good experience, they were great. The pricing was good. They were very professional. They were quick.

Don't Hire!

We paid a deposit to have movers come today. They wanted us to sign a contract before they stayed working saying it took 5 hours to move us. So Beth said that doesn't sound right, let me call your company first. Then The Mexican bald guy said ok bye. Beth said you're leaving? He said yep. Then Beth called the company, All My Son's moving, and had to argue with them. They claim they'll send another crew. I'm not signing anything saying how long it takes until they're done. Even The manager Richard was rude when we called. He said, ya they have hot heads (referring to the movers), and Beth asked if anything was going to be done about it. Richard hesitated and then said, ya we'll reprimand him. The truck they brought wad unmarked and half full of other people stuff. They broke the contract do they better refund our deposit. Talking with several other companies, they said they've heard horror stories about their movers breaking things, and that they've gone through 3 owners in 12 years. Do not go to them!! Spread the word!!!!

No damage and did a decent job.

They sent out two people, one was like an 18-year-old girl that weighed about 100 lbs, the other smelled like he had been smoking marijuana. But they did a fairly decent job getting out stuff loaded up pretty quickly. Nothing got damaged, and that's about all I have to say.

Very, very bad experience!

When they came and they were about 5 hours late, and I had taken off work. They kept telling us they were coming, and they didn't show up until 5 hours later. Once they got there they didn't go over any paperwork or anything, they just started moving stuff, so when they were almost done unpacking the truck and they told me I had to pay, I wasn't aware of that because they hadn't gone over any paperwork, so they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for the move, they overcharged me and would not unpack my things until I wrote a check. Then they wouldn't let me write a check, they said I had to use a credit card, so I was very upset about the whole thing. I spoke to the owner and he said he would credit me back some money, but I haven't seen that happen yet.

Cost twice what we thought

It cost twice what we thought it was going to. They didn't get it done the first day so they said they'd be back at 8 o'clock the next morning, they didn't show up until 4, and it was a different crew, it was only 2, we had a crew of 3 the day before. They worked for just a few hours saw that it couldn't be done and they would've been here at midnight and my assistant and myself, we couldn't handle being up that late so they said they'd come the next morning. Part of the original crew came back with them which was a harder-working crew. The second day was half as many hours and we got charged more money for that second day... we got charged the time it took them to drive back to Salt Lake and the night and then back the next day. I called and talked to who ever had scheduled and then I talked to another person and they said that it was a scheduling problem and that it never should have happened and that they'd talk to the owner and make sure that it was right they never did anything about it.

Reliable moving at a low cost

Their pricing and their cautiousness were the best parts of the move. I would say that the way they handled my goods is very impressive, and they delivered them on the designated date without any glitches. All-around it was a stress-free move.
