Buyer beware with this one folks…
All my sons came to move furniture from my moms house into my house and our storage facility. I was quoted a small fuel fee, $199.00 an hour labor, and an additional hour for travel to and from the move. To clarify, the distance between where they were loading up and dropping off is less than 6.5 miles. In the end, it took 4 hours. We were charged for 6 hours, $175.00 in fuel fees. And $200 in fees for wrapping. So we were overcharged an hour. The total cost was $1452.00. For furniture moving less than 6.5 miles.... In addition, they damaged antique Italian marble slabs that insert into a dresser. They damaged our address plaque. Their manager Joseph, was supposed to call about the damaged items on Monday morning. It's now Tuesday evening and no phone call has been received. The moving employees were told we would possibly tip them. They called 4 times and text us asking when we were going to cash app then the tip. In the same day. They also complained about having to do a multi stop move. To be fair, we had them go 6 blocks away to our storage facility to drop off the bulk of our items... 6 blocks... 1 of 10, would never recommend them. Not even to my worst enemy. Read more

DAMAGED FURNITURE IS THEIR STANDARD
Used this company to pack and load a move. Was told they would supply experienced personnel for this service. They were not. They were paid extra to handle eight pieces-pack, load, and secure. Out of eight, five were damaged. In fact, these experienced movers tried to carry a side by side refrigerator through door ( they did not make it so they dented the SS ). Every professional mover I know or have talked to knows to take the door off so that the chances of damage is trastically reduced. This is one example of a team of un-professional and experienced movers provided. When company contacted to report the damaged items, we provided them with everything asked. The company stated they would not take any responsibility for the damaged goods. When pressed as to why, the person handling the complaint did NOTHING. She didn't even know the basics of the move itself nor read the contents of the information provided. All that I asked for was that they be fair and try to resolve this matter in a professional manner. Right, you won't get that. I would not recommend any aspect of this company based on the performance of their people, follow up by management and their total disregard to a customer. Read more
