Most Untrustworthy Company That Will ...

My mother booked a broker company to move her from Montana to Arizona and Al's Moving out of Lake Havasu took the contract. They failed to inventory any of my mother's item and then dropped it off in a warehouse in Idaho Springs without any record if it and now cannot find her items. To be clear: this company, Al's Moving out of Lake Havasu, has "misplaced" my almost 70 year old mothers entire lifetime/household of items. We believe we have lost all of our family photos, family heirlooms, generations old keepsakes, clothes, appliances, beds, etc. Everything. Gone. Poof, just like that. Beware of this company. You could lose everything and they will charge you money for it. (Yes, they collected money from my mother. She paid for this disservice.) Hopefully they eventually find everything. Otherwise I fear this legal process will be so stressful it costs my mother her life. Due to my mother's occupation we moved multiple times growing up, probably between ten and twelve times total. I can absolutely say that this is the most unprofessional, unethical company we have ever been in contact with. Con artists and crooks. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Great Job

I have moved several times for business, no move has been on point or better organized then this one with Al's Moving Service. This was the furthest miles I have ever moved as well. From the very start I had great communication with my sales rep and dispatch team. Any questions I had was explained clearly and shown to me where to find on my contract. Although measurements for the move was done in cubic feet verses weight I already from so many past moves had a pretty good idea how much I have had. My movers arrived ready to work. Many times in the past movers had to work around waiting on someone from the company to bring them equipment and materials they needed. My movers was courteous and careful. Delivery, ok it was a long move and the movers had a 30 day spread. They got my shipment to me fast. Maybe it was luck maybe it was great dispatching. I am going to give the kudos to them and say very good dispatching. Normally I have had to deal with the claims process for my belongings. When I received my belongings everything made it safe and sound. Movers packed everything on this move. I highly recommend this company. I had lower cost estimates but maybe they are a prime example of you get what you pay for.
