A lot of dumb stuff.

The crew behavior and the price was high as well. They also broke some stuff and they didn't leave me a key to where my stuff was at so I had to hire a locksmith to break the lock... a lot of dumb stuff. They didn't leave the key with the storage place so I had to hire someone to open the lock..

Careless and incompetent movers

It took them 8 days to get down here after they picked the stuff up. They were very careless, stuff was half-soaked and there was a lot of damage. We had gone through Beacon and I guess they contracted this company to make the move, but it was terrible. They damaged a lot of items and destroyed some of them. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had with movers. When they left, they left a bunch of cigarette butts out in the street. They were terrible. I'm still waiting, there's an insurance company that honors the claims but it's been a week and a half and I haven't heard from them. I put in a claim with pictures and everything and I spoke to someone there once and no one has gotten back to me on it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My advice to the moving company would be to hire some better people. They smashed the glass out of a curio cabinet, and it was double-wrapped. We wrapped it and then they wrapped it again, and they still managed to bust the glass on it. Plus, there were numerous other items like collectible figurines that were smashed to pieces. The only thing I'm concerned about now is getting reimbursed for the damaged items.

Service was very good but pricey

Other than the fact that they didn't get here until a week later than they were supposed to, it was good. They were very professional. They packed everything up nice though. Nothing was broken. They did a good job. The price sucked. They quoted me one price and it was twice the money when they came to do it. Service was good. I can't complain about the service at all. They did a good job. Other than the argument that I got into with one of them on the phone, the crew members were fine. My suggestion to this company is to tell the future customers the right price first time.
