Damaged items during move and won’t fix

I used CMS for a recent move. There were a handful of items that were damaged. CMS replaced/repaired several of the items but unfortunately they couldn’t fix the highest-value item,and even damaged it further in the process. The owner said he was “done with it,” and hung up on me.

They're a good service as long as they ...

They damaged a table of ours and I'm still waiting for them to bring it back to me so I'm not satisfied. The move went fine, but they damaged my table which I understand, damages happen, but unfortunately, it's been over a month and I've tried to contact them about when I'll be getting my table and I haven't heard back from them, so that's why I'm not satisfied. They're a good service as long as they don't damage anything.
