Incredible assistance, made the moving ...

I needed to move from a fifth floor walk up a fifth floor walk up. Obviously, I figured the move would be extensive and hard for the movers. In any case, these guys from Coach USA Moving were very quick and productive. They moved all my stuff inside the cited time and broke nothing. They were likewise exceptionally well mannered and proficient. Before the move when I requested a quote I got an extremely speedy response, with detailed pricing. Everything was true to form. Most well planned move

Frankly one of the uncomplicated, most well planned moves I have ever experienced. Movers came early and were completed well within the 2 hour minimum. Crew were friendly and humble of not only our belongings but also the buildings that we were moving out of and in to. The end price was exactly what we were quoted. Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. They will cost as much as mayflower or more but you won't get the professional service that a more reputable mover will give you. They packed for us and when we were near them they were good but when we were not, it was another story. They said our furniture would be stored in Kansas but it ended up in Florida. Our move was from Nebraska to Texas. When we got our furniture, boxes and pieces of furniture never made it to us and a lot of the pieces that did were either damaged or completely broken. Not the kind of service you would expect for about $7500. Read more

Worst Experience Imaginable

They were used by Axis Van Lines (another horrible company) to perform my move from NY to ME. The movers: - Punched holes in my walls in NY by carelessly moving items. - Threw a mattress down the stairs. - Didn't wrap half my furniture and dragged it across the truck. - Shoved and tossed items onto the truck. - Loaded boxes upside down resulting in a HUGE amount of damaged goods. - Left messes in both houses. - Created a 6' gouge in the wood floor of my home in ME. I would have been better off throwing my things in the trash in NY and just buying new things in ME. Read more

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

My first experience with them was great. The guys that showed up were quick and efficient. They moved me from the city to the suburbs (with about a 45 to 60 minute commute) in a little over 3 hours. That is why I decided to use them for my second move from one suburb to another (only 20 minutes away). I was quoted a price for 4 men for the move, but only 3 showed up. The hourly rate goes down for 3 versus 4 men, but I was still paying more per guy with the 3 man crew and my 3 man crew did not hustle as much as the original guys that I used almost 2 years ago. After seeing how they moved me the first time, I had everything staged and ready to go so they could be as efficient as possible. All boxes were lined up in front of the patio door so they could get those out of the way as soon as they arrived. I caught one of the guys just watching and talking to another guy while he was wrapping my furniture. I also caught him on his phone more than once. I then reminded them that I only had the elevator reserved in my new building until noon so we needed to hustle. We ended up getting to my new place with only an hour left on the elevator. This fact didn't seem to phase them. Still no hustle. And I only had a 2 man crew at the new place because the 3rd guy just staged everything and waited for them to come down to the truck to get more. Despite the fact that I had an elevator reserved so they could lock it and unlock it. They would go in one guy at a time and take a few boxes up instead of loading up the elevator taking it up one time and being more efficient. Then they were folding blankets instead of getting all of my boxes and furniture up while I still had the elevator. I told them that I would fold the blankets and they should concentrate on getting everything up into my unit while I still had the elevators. Luckily the next moving van didn't show up until 1pm so I got the elevator for an additional hour, but it made the move very stressful. Once I was done folding all of the blankets as they were taking them off, then one of the guys was taking his time counting them all and moving them into smaller stacks. I didn't even have them set the TV back up again because I figured I could do it myself quicker. It ended up taking them a little over 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 20 minutes away. Given it was the same amount of furniture as last time and a shorter commute in between places, I was very disappointed with this 2nd crew. Read more

Not an honest business.

The movers were told not to load certain items on the truck and they did. When confronted they said the items were more to the front of truck. They said they called their home office and were told they would bring the items back to pick up place in 2 weeks. This has not happened and basically accused me of lying about the situation, that why would their movers do this. Read more

Worst Worst Worst!!!

The movers were 2.5 hours late with no apologies, and they never informed my parents that this was going to be a two-day job, as a result to their tardiness (more money for them) ... they half assed wrapped the furniture and didn't even bother boxing or wrapping either of my parent's computers. As they were exiting, they hit my neighbor's car and we had to call them back to deal with the accident. On top of all of this, my parents had to rent an additional storage space because the movers refused to stack the boxes on top of each other. The manager at the storage unit was even appalled at job the movers had done. Read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY.

Please do not use this moving company. My experience with them was a nightmare. They misplaced my electric adjustable box spring, and offered my $40 as compensation. They're really not a moving company. They're brokers. My stuff was tampered with, some of my boxes were opened and stuff missing, some bottle of cologne (new) that I bought my husband, dumbbells (25 and 10 lbs), a plastic container with coins (approx 5lbs). Plus, the driver who delivered my stuff tried to scam me out of $500 more. They also gave me someone else's stuff. I had to call the driver to let him know that I had stuff that did not belong to me. This company is a mess. But I blame myself for not doing my research first. Read more

BEWARE

The lead mover refused to do the unpacking included in my contract. His reason was “that will take a long time” so they just dropped off my goods. The dispatcher seems honest because he confirmed the movers knew unpacking was part of their responsibility. The movers will intentionally cheat you out of services included and paid for in your contract. Read more
