I called the company and they offered a $500 estimate to move from my 1 bedroom apartment from the Harwood Heights area to go about 25 minutes away. There were a few items I needed to add to the moving list and I advised the sales guy of this and he mentioned how the price shouldn’t change too much. I had a bad feeling about the sales guy his name is ANTHONY MOREIRA but I already provided a $290.00 deposit and I was pretty much locked in with this moving company. I lived alone and they weren’t taking too many things,they were not even moving my bed because I got rid of it before the move as I was buying a new one. The movers were fine,but they did not know English well so when they called their main hub it took them 30 minutes to figure out how much the move would be (mind you,you are paying these guys hourly). I thought it would be maybe 600 or 700,since the quote is never the actual price most of the time. I was told it was 1100 dollars!! I spoke with the person the mover was talking too since they were having communication issues and there was so much confusion. I was so upset,how does a $500 dollar quote go up to $1100? They are not moving a bed,the apartment I was moving into had a reserved elevator just for them,so the guys did not have to go up any flights of stairs at the destination,and most of my boxes I took in my own car. This moving company is filled with scam artists and over charging customers. AFTER the move,my glass table was damaged as well. They take advantage of people and their business practices are horrendous. Please steer away from this AWFUL SCAMMY business. You guys should be disgusted in how you do business and Anthony you are literally a waste of a sales person,you have no idea what you are talking about. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY AND READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THOSE ARE THE TRANSPARENT AND ACCURATE ONES!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Read more

Rip Off

We schedule our move for July 10th with a specific needs to move kitchen appliances such as 36" build in refrigerator , 48" stove and many more and looking for a company who has a big trucks with lift gate, pallet Jack and experience movers. We received a specific quote including list of said appliances along with extra insurance. The next day 2 movers arrived with small truck with not pallet jack and narrow lift gate . We've been asked to rent a pallet jack for them ( which we did and paid by our own money ). And only after that movers realized that there truck unfit for the size and weight of the appliances. Frustrated we called our sales person to end there services and we 've been informed that our deposit of $150.00 will not be refunded, due to they showed up.
