Worst move EVER

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Starting when they. Amen to load the truck and amount was higher than we had been quoted. We said okay "we are done then". Guess what? Couldn't do that or we lost the 1000 deposit. Eventually they agreed to what we had been quoted- after about 2 hours on the phone with the office! So they get it taped up and ready to put on the truck that night,March 3,2019. They return the next morning and actually pack the track. Those two guys were great- Issac and ??. The "free" 2 months storage included in our quote was nice! But it took about 2 weeks longer to close on our house. The fee for that- $600.00! So finally we are in our house. First the dispatch says they can't deliver it till the 20th. Okay,go ahead and schedule to have our floors put in! My husband called to make sure of the delivery date. We were told the 20th was the soonest. We get a call Friday morning saying it would be delivered Saturday between 12- 3. Then I get a second call that afternoon. Telling me they are on their way and will be arriving between 9-12!!!! WHAT A MESS!! Everything had to be put in the garage Because the floors aren't finished! Boxes were stacked sideways,upside down,anyway to get off the truck!!! The Fragile tags I placed on the boxes were totally ignored! Several items were broken and I still have NOT found the second piece to my TV stand. I have the base but cannot find the part that actually holds the TV! They shoved the shelves,wrapped in plastic into such a tight space,it rolled the plastic up and took the stain off the corner of the shelf! Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had with movers! Their disregard for signage,and lack of respect for our belongings is in inexcusable! I would not recommend them to someone moving across town and definitely not 3 states away. Absolutely horrible experience!!! Read more
