It wasn't an OK move-it got the job ...

The guy Jeff that did the scheduling, he was gung ho at first and then I wasn't too thrilled with how he handled and dispatched the truck. We ended up paying for more time than we should have...because we only had one truck and we got charged for two for a couple hour period. I told him we have a lot of stuff and we didn't get it all moved-we actually had to go the next day and move all the stuff out of another storage unit. He wasn't on top of it like I would have liked. The guys were pretty good--they were a little rough on things but so far I haven't found anything that's broken. It wasn't an OK move--it got the job done but it was stressful.

Very productive

They were very productive. Efficient, courteous. We had a great experience with them. The pricing was a little bit higher than I was wanting to pay.

Our experience was great

They were on time and they were very efficient. They got the job done quickly. [The pricing] was excellent. They wrapped all of our furniture, which was good.

Smooth service

They just worked hard and fast and they delivered on-time. I would recommend them. Their price was good and they were smooth. The packing was good, as well.

Poor quality service

It was borderline like poor quality because it took them forever. They broke the glass that belonged to my glass coffee table and it just took them really long time. They weren't as professional as far as I... Like the way they talked to me the customer, was just kind of - one of them was like perverted and just rude with his comments and so it wasn't great. I think the pricing was okay. If they would have been better movers, the pricing would have been fine but that made it all much harder. They weren't the greatest movers. My advice to them is to get their communication straight before they go on thier job because they didn't know they were moving a 3-bedroom to a 3-bedroom so that kind of caught them off guard. May be they would've sent younger guys. So maybe just the communication was a problem between the dispatcher and the mover.

It was a good move

It was really good. I think its nice. The price was reasonable. Yes I did receive all the services that I requested. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. Sometimes I feel like they take little bit break between the movement of a furniture. Sometimes I think they should be faster. Both the crew were really good. They were on time and friendly.

Awesome service

It was awesome. It was very good. I would say I liked their professionalism and their price. I was worried I wouldn't do the move because of the price but they were great. Yes I have received all the services that I have requested. Packing was definitely up to my satisfaction. They did a wonderful job. The crew were very good. They were on time. They were very friendly. For the price they were the best that I ever had.

A bad moving experience

They initially gave us an estimate and told us what kind of truck they would bring. The truck they brought was too small and they had to make two trips. They were supposed to be six movers but only four turned up for the job. A lot of things were broken and I have been calling to reach them. We had to pay more because they underestimated us.

Good services at nominal prices

I was referred to this company by my friend and I personally feel the services are worth every penny spent. The movers were very accommodative and even did some extra work that I had told them to do. I tipped them handsomely for that. They were careful with our furniture especially during loading and unloading. The whole experience was a pleasant one.

Very quick and professional service

They were really great. They did their job really well. Very nice and approachable and friendly. Although they did their job really quickly, they didn't damage or lose anything. The pricing was also very reasonable. I used them for 4-6 hours and it was $400, which was about what I was going to pay and they were right on time.

Champions of moving

I was referred to this company by my friend for my recent move. The movers were quick and finished our entire move in a short span of time. They were very organized and knew what they were doing. We didn't had to tell them any thing. They packed all of our stuff very well even though it was a short move. I would definitely like to recommend them to my friends and family.

Inexperienced movers

This moving company was terrible and they sent me two movers who were inexperienced and who wasted my time arguing with each other on how to get some of my furniture through the door. They even tried to take a few pieces of furniture apart in order to fit it and were ill-equipped with the correct tools needed to get the job done. I plan on filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Marvelous and Very Timely!

I just want to say thanks to you and your crew (George, Adrian and the other nice gentlemen) who orchestrated our move last week! It went flawlessly, and they were marvelous – courteous, efficient, conscientious, and very timely! They were very pleasant to work with, didn’t break a thing, and were so kind as to move a few things around for me and my husband to help us get those heavy furniture pieces in just the right spot in our new home. Again, thanks so much for making this move experience a pleasant one for our family. You and your team made all the difference!
