These guys were great to work with, call the day before the move to verify times and confirm appt., the morning of the move called again to inform they would arrive in 20 min. They were on time, very professional, courteous and respectful, would use them again and I have recommended them.

They were super responsive on the phone, they showed up when they said they would, they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost was not astronomical. As far as moving companies go they were definitely the best experience I have had.

I highly recommend Ocean Moving And Storage, their staff is efficient, fast and neat, they saved me over 400 dollars.cant beats that. they set a time and an approximate time to finish, they beat the time by three hours, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I don't know what they feed the men but they were actually running from the truck to get my furniture.again they will be the first company I will call for my next move.

Excellent quality movers

They showed up on time and ready to go. They were very careful with all our belongings and went out of their way to be sure they placed everything correctly in the new place. The team was fast, efficient and cautious.

Overall great service

The fragile were packed into newsprint and also bubble crafted as compared to paper alone. This impressed us. We had lots of leather outerwear which were pretty pricey and it arrived fine in their nice logoed wardrobe boxes. Cheers guys for the fantastic job.

lost or missing jewelry

after the move the jewelry which was in a box an in a taped up dresser was missing... dishes were broken... not worth the money to lose my priceless jewelry, my sentimental gold cross, or my diamond necklace. They were priceless pieces to me.

It went smoothly, but the price was ...

It was good, It took a while to load when they were picking up but it was easier when they were dropping off the stuff. Everything went smoothly. the price had been double the quote was for $3500 and the price at the end was almost $7000.

don't go there

Don't know why when i search Presque Isle Maine your company comes up ...since you gave me a quote and got all my information and then let me know you only go as far as Portland Maine ....major difference in distance! I even told them that a lot of movering companies dont go clear up there...and i got "ya not everyone does but no problem" all to tell me after i had everything planned, buying a plane ticket back instead of hauling it myself..only to have wasted a ticket because now im stuck doing it!!! you really need to get that search fixed because you wasted a lot of my time and employee called me at least 5 times and emailed me the same amount if not more who get me to go with your company once I did you tell me you can't deliver

The loading went well, but there were ...

The actual moving part of it went very well, they were there when they said they'd be. They made sure that when they packed up the first truck, they made sure everything was secure and they packed mirrors and lamps very securely. However, when it arrived in Florida and I began to unpack, I have a mirror from my dresser that's shattered, irreplaceable china. .... I just felt that the gentlemen who unloaded the boxes was not very gentle.

They're good on the timing ... But I had got one of my tables broken on the move. I'm overall satisfied with them but there is some damage.

Everything came intact, but there was ...

It was pretty OK, everything came intact that wasn't a problem. They came and put everything in it's place and everything. It just took a long time. They took about three and a half weeks and I was promised about a week or a week and a half. The most important part, there was no communication. I had to call them every day to figure out what was happening.
