Excellent Moving Company

My husband and I have used Optima, LLC three times for local moves and have been satisfied every time that we’ve contracted them for moving services. Our most recent move in November 2017 was so seamless that it reminded us as to why we will choose Optima, LLC in the near future. Optima, LLC is based in Baltimore, MD and they are our preferred moving company, but we’ve hesitated in the past to contract due to the 1.5 transportation time. Aside from Optima, LLC, we’ve had some misleading and terrible moving experiences. In the end, we’ve found that you just can’t replace the professionalism and efficiency of the services provided by Optima. Yuriy, our Sales Manager, was very courteous, prompt, and clear on the price quote. We gave Yuriy an accurate moving list inventory ahead of time. In fact, when I reviewed our quote, I was surprised to see the pricing for materials listed (for informational purposes) because most companies are not upfront on material costs and as a result, you may end up with an inflated final price. Our move was reasonable in cost with a deposit of $50 to reserve and lower than initially quoted. The moving crew was equally prompt, efficient, and completed our move in 2.5 hours. They even moved our washer and dryer to the 3rd level without prior notice! Kudos to the team for their excellent service! We will be sure to recommend Optima, LLC to our family and friends in search of a moving company!
