They were wonderful from start to finish- before the move, during the move, after the move...very easy to work with. Well-priced, didn't damage anything.

The experience is good. I felt very happy after having the move from Oscar Movers. It was pretty good. I'd recommend to have Oscar Movers in the future.

I wouldn't recommend them.

Initially on the phone they were very nice, the workers were nice. But then, they were very sneaky when they got to the house, they said that everything would be wrapped of no charge and then I got a big bill at the end because they ended up --- they made a blanket statement and I thought the wrapping materials were included. I had my own boxed and tissue provided and they didn't even use them. I had a really bad experience with the woman in the office. I wouldn't recommend them.

The customer service was terrible, ...

The crew actually did a good job, it was mostly the issues with the management. They charged my card without asking me ... When I agreed with them to just put a hold on the card and pay in cash. ...They screwed me up and they were very very difficult to work with and then when I called them and tried to work it out with them they were pretty nasty. So the customer service part of it was terrible, the actual movers, the workers ... They were fine.

Horrible company to deal with

Called company gave them my info and credit card. They stated that they are available 2 hours later than when the pod was going to be picked up. They said this happens all the time and just call the pod company back and. Chhange time. I called the pod company and they said they could not change time of pick up. I immediately called oscars moving back and told them that it would not work for the time. Oscars told me to call back the pod and change it for a day earlier. I called pod company and they saidit could not be changed. I called back oscars movers and they said they have not one spare person available to help load the pod but they could see what they could do. After witing for over 3 hours i booked another mover snd emailed oscars and informed them of this. The next morning i got an email from oscars informing me they were charging my credit card $89 for their inconvience now i have to fight the charges with my credit card company. What a nightmare!

Smooth and satisfactory moving ...

Everything went fine, there were no problems at all. We didn't have any issues, and they helped out with any problems we had. They kept my furniture in their warehouse at no cost, and in general it was just fine. I received all the services that I requested and the price was spot-on, a little bit cheaper than other movers. They have a good price and good service.

Great crew, awesome service

They worked very well as far as the time went, they were very careful about the furniture and I just can't say enough about them, they were very good. Their price was lower than other companies and they really did well for the money. They were also on-time and very professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The movers were great, and they did a great job. They didn't damage any furniture, it was all wrapped nicely, the movers themselves were very respectful and they were on-time and delivered all of our items on time as well. I would recommend them to my friends and family and their price was very reasonable -- I've used them twice within a year.

I thought that they were professional and very efficient. They got everything done in four hours, so it was very good. The pricing estimate was reasonable. The staff was fine. Yes I would recommend them. Just be very clear with what you want and how much work can do and be prepared for when they arrive on the scene.

To begin with this is my first move, and I don't have any experiences to compare it with. The guys were helpful and guided me in every aspect of the move. They were very cautious with my items at both the ends of the move. The price was less than the other companies, when compared to the other quotes I received. They were very attentive and answered my every question in a polite way. The best quality of them is that they communicated with me efficiently. It was very, very good customer service, the best that I have ever received.

A courteous and an efficient move

I had a perfect moving experience. Their communication was good. They let me know when they were coming. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous as well as efficient. We just used them for moving and our move was relatively small but a difficult move because the packages had to be carried five stories up. I would say pricing was reasonable and the movers didn't complain at all.
