Horrible company
I’ve moved over 10 times in my life, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Was told I would receive my stuff within seven to ten days, and it took over a month. Continuously lied to over the phone, and unable to reach this mysterious “Alex” person, who evidently owns the company, but refuses to interact with his customers. Was told "he doesn't talk to customers, he pays us to talk to them." Tried to file an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but was told they're not an accredited company, despite being told they were by a staff members, and their automated message. Good luck dealing with “Donna,” and “Roy,” and the rest of their horrible, lying staff if you choose to hire them. My advice, however, is to find another company. There’s plenty to choose from. Also, I feel I should note that it's painfully obvious that the good reviews posted here are employee reviews. Notice that they don't say anything about their actual experience... they're short, and don't mention names or anything that actually happened during the move. It's a ruse to get their overall rating up. Moreover, the person named "Jessica" who gave them five stars, I actually saw her sitting at a desk when I went to their office. Click on most of their names, and you'll see it's the only review they've ever posted. Curious, don't you think? Liars. Thieves. They're all going strait to hell. The sooner the better.
