Moved furniture with respect

After gathering my info, Road Runner quoted a price and that's was exactly what I paid . Not a cent over. Lamar and Mike packed each furniture with padding blankets and secured them properly in the truck. They made sure their hands and shoes were clean. Plus, my new home has a crazy staircase with odd bedrooms entrances. Lamar and Mike were able to twist, turn and carry my heavy furniture (including treadmill) up the stairs into my rooms without scratching any walls or dropping any furniture. Don't hesitate to hire Road Runner. I am a Military Brat and I have moved 8 times as an adult. Road Runner moving services is the best moving company I have encountered. Request Lamar and Mike, I know I will the next time I move.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tell your family and friends as well. Here is my experience moving from Bham to ATL (you cannot make this stuff up). I have moved over 20 times and they are the worst movers I've ever used. 1) They brought the wrong sized truck so many items were left and had to be brought later. Some of which never came at all. 2) They significantly damaged a number of items including my grand piano. I spent $500 to fix the piano and they refused to reimburse me. 3) They lost items. They actually left them on the truck. After 3 emails and 3 phone calls and 2 weeks later they "found" them under some blankets on the truck. This was only after I demanded reimbursement for the missing items. 4) Worst of all, during the move the "lead guy" made inappropriate comments to my 15 year old daughter on 3 different occasions to the point where she felt uncomfortable and went out of her way to avoid him. The lead guy did this. I have now gotten an attorney involved. They are a disgrace. Use anyone but them. Feel free to private message me if you want any more details.

Great Experience with Road Runner

Found them on Google. Was quoted a reasonable price and ended up paying much less. My driver was excellent and very fast. The team took care of my stuff and nothing was damaged. Put on my American Express card for points which was a plus! Will recommend to anyone who needs a great moving company.

Professional and timely movers

Overall it was good, they were professional, they were quick and they got everything in here. I was pleased and nothing was broken or anything like that. The crew members were great and they were on-time. Everything was great. If I would recommend them, I didn't have a problem at all with them.

This company did a fabulous job - the ate courteous and very careful they know what to do to make your move a great experience -- moving is a stressed at best_ they are so good at loading and make this a great great decision I highly recommend this company -
