The times that you move your parents can be the toughest in your life. I say this because it has been for me. Luckily, the guys at Sprint Van Lines were absolute professionals. They move so fast and carefully making sure my folks stuff was good to go. I will unequivocally recommend these brilliant guys to any and all movers. Genuinely a fantastic bunch, I can't tell you how much they helped our entire experience through this tough time.

I HIGHLY recommend

First of all, I was able to get an appointment less than a week before the move. Folks st the office were friendly and helpful. But my biggest kudos go to the team of movers. Quick and efficient but also very careful. I had my stuff moved to a storage unit and it was neatly packed. Again with utmost care given to my things. I HIGHLY recommend. Their prices were competitive with other movers I called.

Definitely the right moving company to ...

Had a straightforward discussion on the phone to determine if they were the right moving company for us. They were. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and incredibly professional. It's hard to come by movers who actually care about their performance and making sure not to damage furniture / walls. No scrapes, no dings and no marks were left on the wall. I will definitely use them in the future.

Exceeded our expectations

Team arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They wore protective gear and extremely respectful during this unprecedented time. 5* is not a high enough rating for the crew. They far exceeded my expectations.

Save your time and money

The only good thing about my interaction with this company was my move coordinator, Jenny. The short of it: Avoid at all costs. I'd move an entire house by myself twice before ever considering this company again. The Long: I was having my stuff moved from Maryland to Atlanta and my original estimate shot up because certain items needed to be packed by their team. Not an issue, moving my life across state lines wasn't going to be cheap and I trusted that for the amount, my property would be handled with some semblance of care. I called to confirm the date and time window the movers would be at my new apartment as no one reached out to me. The driver told me he'd be at my apartment Monday in the late afternoon but when I called Monday to obtain a clearer timeframe, the driver told me he wasn't coming because we didn't confirm. I immediately called Jenny, who was just as confused and frustrated as I was, and after making some calls, informed me the next available time the driver could come was Wednesday first thing in the morning. I confirmed the new date and time window, taking time off from work. I was a contractor with no PTO, so I was extremely frustrated, but tried to be flexible. The day of, I learned I wasn't the first drop-off, which would have been fine had I not been told my drop off would be first thing in the morning. I understand having other customers in queue before me - that's not my issue. My issue is communication and the fact that I could've worked at least a half day before the movers actually made their way to me, after the driver missed the original date. The men unloading the truck were nice, but as they carried boxes in, I noticed some appeared to have been transported upside down, damaging some of the contents. I paid damn near $1000 EXTRA to have certain things packed/wrapped by the team in Maryland, but those very things were damaged upon arrival, among them: - Cracked mirror frame - Broken lamp (wrapped with packing tape) - Broken Aztec statue - Scratched furniture - Scratched and chipped custom art So now I'm dealing with their claims company. If you still decide to use this terrible excuse for a moving company, make sure you get the highest possible coverage for your items because they WILL be damaged.

Great company and people!

Made my move so much easier. The reservation process was very easy and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. The movers were very efficient, respectful, and on time. They called to check in prior to the actual move in date. They were as busy as bees throughout the process. No items were damaged. I will definitely use them again next time.

Great deal all the way!

I was so impressed with every aspect of this experience. They gave me a fair qoute and the movers were crazy good and fast. Lot of things can go wrong when you are moving, things can get damaged or lost but Man oh Man, a company that makes sure EVERYTHING is PERFECT before and after the move is OUTSTANDING. I can't say enough about the excellent job Sprint Van Lines did n my move. Their staff both came ready to work and got the job done in record time.The skills, knowledge of moving big, heavy furniture is impressive! Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Can't really say much more. Speedy, efficient, charming, courteous and affordable. They didn't have to move much for me, but they did it under the budgeted time and were in touch before arriving and post arriving. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was a pleasant experience to have this company for moving. The communication went so great and the scheduling and process of our move were done so good. This company gives me assurance about moving our furniture to our new house safely. I was having so much doubt about them but I still tried to use them and everything went so great. The movers at this company made my move totally painless and stress free. Four guys showed up and immediately went to work - they were super fast and careful with my things. They were also really friendly which made the move a positive experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely Great!

I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they operated. No idle time, no loafing at all. Very professional and courteous. What really impressed me was that this was a very cold day, yet they completed the move in far less time than I had estimated. I was very, very pleased and impressed. The day prior to the move, I was contacted by a rep to confirm the date and time!

These guys were great. They confirmed prior to the move, called when they were on the way, were very friendly, and took the time to wrap the dressers, tvs, etc with blankets before loading everything up. I will definitely use them again.

All I can say is WOW, these guys were great. I've always had stress from moving in chicago. These guys took that all that off my mind. They were very efficient and careful and observant to my needs. Absolute Service!

I was really happy that I had a great choice in looking for a moving company. The team was meticulous in how they packed my things. Every piece of furniture was wrapped safely and taped up. It was stored for a long time but not a single thing was damaged when they delivered it to my new location. All of the personnel were friendly and hardworking. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommended Service!

I had a small business and decided to move to another location which is more convenient for me and very accessible to my home. I didn’t know what to do first because it was the first time to do this moving matter. Luckily, one of my friends help me with what to do and suggest this moving company to make the job easier for me. The men who assist me in my stuff was so nice and polite. Long Distance Move

DO NOT HIRE. The mover was rude,intimidating and confrontational. The mover was lazy and careless with my items. They broke a lamp with out even an apology in front of me. The mover was so rude and harsh. I feared him having my address?

Excelent customer service!

These guys were fantastic. They were punctual, easy to communicate with and got it done. They were lifesavers in a super stressful moving situation. They also gave some fun in the process, and clearly enjoy helping people. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I was VERY impressed.

This is the first time that we have used movers and it was a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful when they arrived. The only thing I would say is make sure that when you call for a quote, you are very clear on size and quantity. Highly recommend.

Excelent customer service

They were efficient, courteous, hard working, friendly and I watched them pack all my stuff carefully. It was a 12 hr day, but they got the job done. They reassembled both beds and everything was labeled nicely, I was able to unpack a few boxes as they brought them in. I highly recommend these movers!!

Amazing company

Really appreciated the care and attention they paid to our house. They took every effort to protect our things and went above and beyond to move us even in the face of moving into a difficult space. There was one area of flooring that got dinged and they brought it to our attention and discussed what steps we could take and we’re totally professional about everything. Very impressed. Would absolutely use them again.

These guys were just awesome!

The entire staff is professional and on point with communication since I booked them in advance. The day of the move, they sent out 8 guys and 3 trucks, and moved all my junk in about 8 hours to my satisfaction. All the workers were good guys and polite. Highly recommend them!

Amazing Moving expirence

I was very impressed with them. They were also so kind and pleasant to be around. Moving can be stressful, but they made it a breeze. They did not complain when I asked them to move a couple of things and probably drove them a bit crazy. Worth every penny! We would be rehireing them in our next move!

They did their job professionally.

The pick up was extremely fast. They were on time, if not a little bit early, and they did their job professionally. I had the same experience when I had my items delivered as well.

They lost my items.

I lost two frames of my bed and the other box that I had. I noticed that after they left so I couldn't do anything. I already signed the papers that I got all my stuff so even if I called they for sure will tell me that I already signed.
