Andy is a CONVICTED FELON currently on state of Missouri supervision for 1st Degree Domestic Assault. He had an article written in the Kansas City Star a few years ago about the assault on his girlfriend. He took a razor blade cutter and slashed her face. He quoted me one price and then held my belongings hostage until I paid over double the quoted price. Many of my things were broken and damaged from just being thrown carelessly into his truck. This guy is just horrible. I did some research on Andy since I used to be in law enforcement and found out many disturbing things about him. His addiction to crack cocaine is well known amongst many people in the community who've encountered him. His character is unspeakable and he is truly dangerous. I encourage every person who has been ripped off by this drug addict mad man to contact his parole officer Barbara Schnepf whose in the Belton Missouri office phone number 816 322 1166 and report his actions. This guy has absolutely NO business taking possession of other peoples property for any reason. He has proven time and time again for years that he's dangerous, abusive, unstable, dishonest and a thief. Our tax dollars pay for the 'services' that these parole officers provide and our voices should be heard about scum like Andy Holmes.
