TLS TERRIBLE COMPANY

After booking TLS for my move I constantly updated my inventory up until the day of the move. Despite selling numerous large furniture items they still managed to up charge by several thousand dollars (of note one of the contracted movers even quipped about how organized my packing was and that he wished all moves were the same) I am meticulous to an extreme,so when the driver quoted me the final price I was shocked! I later noticed he had doubled his count in several areas to achieve a higher price point. Upon delivery in Florida,the driver asked for me to pay the remaining balance in full before he began unloading,it was only after this that he informed me there was no one to assist with the unload and that he was by himself!!! Further exacerbating the situation was that numerous items were broken,all of which were packed by the moving crew and in an attempt to settle they used a third party vendor called movingclaims.net and offered a mere $68 for the entire ordeal!!! STAY AWAY from TLS Van Lines,they are at the bottom of a dirty industry and I GUARANTEE the positive reviews you see here are FAKE. You will surely end up like me having to go through arbitration...

Overall Best Experience!

We could not be happier with our move today. They arrived on time and worked so quickly to move us out of our two bedroom apartment into another two bedroom apartment down the street. Great attitudes and great work ethic. We will definitely be using TLS Van Lines in the future.

Fantastic Experience!

Thanks to TLS Van Lines we got moved in easy. They made miracles happen as they moved my large sofa through the small hallway out of my apartment! Very flexible and energetic team. No damage done! I will absolutely use these guys again.

Their sales rep was very friendly and accessible. I interacted with him via phone and email, and each time, he was very responsive and forthcoming with all of the answers to the questions I had. On the moving day the crew showed up on time and worked very quickly and efficiently, even during this hot day. Wonderful is the word for them

Everything was wonderful with TLS van lines. They were very careful with packaging everything, bringing them up to where I live now and unpacking them for me. They were very responsible with my belongings. On top of everything, I was charged the exact amount I was quoted at the beginning of the move. Their manager kept me in the loop which I truly appreciated. I would refer them to anyone I know and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely the desirable kind

The complete process was amazing- from start to finish and with all involved. I can’t overstate how impressed I was with the quality of service I received from TLS van lines. Before the move they informed me everything. When the movers came timely they started packing and wrapping immediately. I told them to go to the basement, as there were some belongings of mine. Though the basement was so unclean but they went there with a smile and packed everything with a great attitude. I was so pleased with their behavior. I am going to use them again.

Great herd of movers

I was blown away with how the men at TLS Moving made our move look like it was a piece of cake. Their quote was reasonably fair compared to the other companies we received from. The moving crew of 3 young capable men handled our furniture like pros and we had no damages or issues at all, all due to their great effort and carefulness. Over all I had a very smooth easy going move and I would definitely hire them again if I move.

We would just like to let TLS van lines know that we are settled into our new home and would like to thank the team that organized, packed, transported and unpacked for us. TLS van lines is superb and they are true professionals. They were extremely solution minded. All the little and a few large, problems that arose during the scheduling of, and fulfillment of, my relocation was seamlessly resolved. They offered unbelievable flexibility and even some very innovative solutions for all the demands my relocation forced me to make on their company. Guys at TLS van lines knows the ins and outs of the moving business like the back of their hands. They employ movers who are very experienced and quite natural at this job. I hired them for my move last month. I have to say, these guys made my move a lot easier. All I had to do is to give the responsibilities to their men and they really did the rest. Absolutely amazing

I am a job holder and have to remain busy in my office around the whole day long. Recently I rented a new house and the main problem was to move my house chores there. One of my co- workers told me about TLS van lines. They started to wrap and pack everything pretty fast and relocated all the things before time. They used soft wrapping blankets to wrap all those which were very complicated to move. They did an excellent job. They made a nice job out there. They just saved my time.

They told me that they would do whatever necessary to provide us with the best move possible. They worked at prompt pace and did their job effectively. I had a piano and they were able to move that without any damage. I will recommend them especially to all of my acquaintances. Loved every part of it

I loved every part of it. It was so easy! I have moved many times but never have I experienced moving like this. I did not have to worry at all. They foreman and his 4 helpers were experts. They managed to move all the furniture without a bump. They packed, loaded and unloaded flawlessly. My husband and I had a great time. They are fun, they are energetic, and they are efficient. TLS van lines was just fantastic with my move. I appreciate the service they provided me with. The movers were motivated, smart and did a fantastic job. Overall I would rate this company more than 5 stars. The movers packed my belongings like their lives depended on it. They made sure to load the truck properly so my things would travel safely. It paid off because everything was delivered without a single dent on anything. While most people cry their hearts out for how bad their movers were, I am filled with joy!

When we hired TLS van lines, my friend warned me that low end moving companies never do a good job. My friend was totally wrong. The movers I got were so efficient. They packed up everything so quickly. It was great to see how quick these men were since their speed ensured me of a lower final bill. They managed to deliver all my valuables right on schedule. Nothing went missing during the trip and it really made me happy.

They provide the best

It is apparent when you work with their moving crews that TLS Van Lines has very tough hiring practices. They hire only the best. These guys are really good at what they do and are also good at being warm, conversational and friendly, something you don't find with many other moving company crews. Never have we had any problems with these guys. In fact we have had good suggestions from them before, during and after the moves. I suggest this company to others and will continue to do so. In fact I have just asked them and received an estimate for a cross-state move that, hopefully, will happen within a month or two.

They were fantastic

TLS Van Lines did such a great job. I was really skeptical about picking a mover after reading and hearing a bunch of bad reviews. This was my first move from state to state and I was very nervous going into a new job as it was. They gave me a great quote and looked really good online and were not a broker so I gave them a shot. They delivered me a really quick move and that's what I needed. The crew was very professional and honest in the way they wrapped my furniture. I'm happy that they put all the belongings back together and put all the boxes in the right rooms for me.

Surprisingly Good

I had stopped counting on moving companies a long time ago given how poorly they treated my valuables in the past. But relocation is a part of my job, and dealing with moving companies is something I do on a regular basis. So imagine my surprise when TLS Van Lines managed to deliver all my belongings from one coast to another in the exact condition, at the right time they promised. I have to applaud the movers for making this move simple for me.
