Good movers, bad customer service

Even though the movers did drop a piece of furniture on my stairs and break one of them, I still think they were good. Trying to get the stairs repaired through the office is a completely different story. They were very slow to act and not candid regarding getting the repair done. After 3 months of waiting, I repaired it myself.

Good customer service and a great move

It was a fair moving experience with this moving company. The movers worked hard to make my move a safe one. I would say they have a reasonable rate when compared to other company's rates, and the movers were very friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family who were planning to move.

Everything was done professionally. The best part is that there were no damages to my furniture or property.
