HORRIBLE!!! Jason....worst part of the company..... FIRE EM all! Update: 8/24/20 I was to be notified 24 hrs before the driver was confirmed...i get an email this morning 8am 'ish saying your car will be picked up today, sure its not a 24 hr time window but im ok with it. then i call them to get a time window...they say they dont know and call the dispatch...wait...am i the customer or you? i have to call the dispatch/trucker to get an eta? okay....sure i do that 2x in the past 4 hrs again not knowing when the driver will just show up. no answer from dispatch...i call back ultimate transport i am on hold for 8 mins...phone just randomly disconnects (2nd this time has happened) i call back...i get an answer finally being on hold. This CSR rep doesnt know much expect whats on the notes, he is great and offers to call the dispatch an get an update...which i was thankful for, because earlier the rep asked me to call and do his job...anways he calls and let me know the car might be picked up today or tomorrow morning...WAIT TOMORROW MORNING! i got a notification it will be picked up today...i booked my airline ticket for the next day so i can fly and meet the driver at the final destination....I ask to speak to the manager because this person in the Asian Call center does not have much info and i am getting frustrated....and keeps giving me the basic CSR rundown...i am sorry u feel this way and XYZ.....i been asking to speaking to a manager/owner / Son (JASON) for 5 business days.....every time i call he is busy...REALLY!? 5 DAYS of business and your not available to return a customer call? specially since he is the person i spoke to and explained the situation...he acted like he cared but now clearly doesnt....anyways i will continue to document this. Also do not give them your CC they will charge you random cancellation and other fees....i asked Jason if i need to book a trip in 3-4 weeks OUT incase i decide to not drive the car back..he said yea they can book it and no cancellation fee if the driver isnt dispatched and as long as u cancel a 3-4 days before...sure i give him my CC and get it going. i call back within 48 hrs of booking the trip...and say i want to cancel the return because ill drive the car back...then i get charged $100 cancellation feee....WTF! horrible service....Will keep you guys updated.....i would not recommend this company at all...they dont charge any less but yet give u the frustration as if u just hired a dude off the street and not a real company....this company is not legit...scam...look at their BBB reviews...i am seeing all this now...wish i had seen this earlier. Owner: you can call me i have asked to speak to a manager 20x...Jason 20x...(who i originally i spoke to when finalizing details) since Thursday of last week...Not sure how to get a hold of someone not in the Asian Call center to be honest.....keep getting put on these call back list...u guys must be killing i
