Mark was very helpful in moving my car from Dallas to Madison. He was upfront about the business and was easy to contact during the process. He kept the original quote he gave me even though he got me an enclosed carrier instead of an open carrier. I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking to transport your vehicle.

I contacted Mark after being lied to by another car shipping company. Mark was great at answering all of my questions and getting my car shipped at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. In the future when shipping a car, I would only use Mark (United States Transport.)

Excellent Experience

I was having trouble with other companies on this transport. I found Mark Lejti United States Transport an all problems were corrected. He quoted $525. He had to up drivers fees from $450, $475, then to $500 for trip. He kept to quote an only made $25. It was great to see his commitment to solving the problem an not just a bottom line money issue. Complete customer experience was well communicated while staying completely committed.

Professional, Accessible, Excellent ...

Mark Latje/United States Transport is as reliable and accessible as a family friend. Before finding Mark, we checked with numerous companies to ship a car across country. Mark is very professional, always accessible via phone and e-mail and stays in touch with his drivers. His quote was competitive and he forwarded detailed information on the driver as soon as the driver was selected. Our driver was briefly delayed, and Mark was on it immediately. We will work with him again to ship our car back in August and would recommend him to anyone considering shipping a car across country.

Outstanding experience moving a family ...

Honest, direct and mature ... top to bottom the whole process was painless and efficient. Called on a Thursday and my truck was picked up on a Monday in Dallas ( raining ). Price quoted was exact. The driver was timely and courteous. The entire process was flawless and as advertised. When quoted I advised Mark the truck was in running condition. I was mis-informed and the driver had to load by hand. No complaints from the driver, they got it loaded in the rain on a Monday morning and it was delivered on Wed morning. They pulled up in front of my house and rolled it off. The driver and Mark obviously communicated well ... I would recommend or refer Mark and United States Transport to anybody anytime.

Mark is honest

Mark was prompt, courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. Pick up was two days after I called him. it was on time (despite a snow storm in Denver). Mark either answered my calls or got right back to me. Price was fair. I would recommend using him to anyone. No incentive give to provide this review.
