Very organized

I am not an easy person to impress. I look for the perfection and never compromise with anything. That is why many companies have failed to impress me in the past years and I never gave any moving company a good review. But things have finally changed when I used VIP Express Moving. These guys amazed me in every possible ways. Matthew, their sales rep was very calm and collective. He pointed out my needs precisely, explained me the process, took my suggestions and offered a good price. He called be one day before the move and reconfirmed everything. The team of four arrived 10 minutes before the schedule and did everything they were assigned to perform. They managed the packing and loading effortlessly, took great care of the valuables and breakables and made sure the delivery was made on time. I did not notice anything broken or damaged and paid 10 dollars less than the quoted amount. In my opinion VIP Express Moving should rank as one of the best in moving business.

Mission accomplished

I am very happy with the way they moved me from NH to NJ. I hired VIP express moving for the full service. They had to pack and move all my belongings. Gary was my rep and he did more than enough to schedule the move and offer me the best package and Max and his men were terrific. They showed up time with the packing materials and packed and loaded the whole house in under 4 hours. Everything were padded nicely and wrapped and boxed properly. They completed the move within the deadline and the driver John called me before they reached the other end. I received all my stuff in one piece and nothing was damaged and the final price remained within the estimate. I certify VIP express moving as the best in business.

Professional movers

We have used VIP express moving for our move to MI from DE and always been extremely happy with the service. The latest move was no exception. From the first phone call, everything was tailored to suit our needs. All staff members were kind, professional and put our needs first. On moving day, they were punctual and extremely hard working. All our possessions were treated with great care. The cost of moving was very reasonable. I would be happy to recommend VIP express moving for any type of move.

I really do not know how to thank Gary (sales rep), Max (foreman) and John (driver). I was a combined effort by these fine people. They moved me from NJ to VT and guess what? They moved me in record time without any mess and charged a very moderate amount. These guys knew what was coming; they had the complete preparation for the odd situations, accommodated my last minute requirements flawlessly and effortlessly moved all those big and heavy furniture. I really do not know how to thank VIP express moving for what they have done for me.

They were very professional, they finished the work before time. They were quite good, they did a great job I would say. Nothing was broken and they actually brought everything properly and set it up wherever we wanted them to set it up. We were very happy with the way they handled the entire move.

Second time we used VIP Express Moving for our move. Their process was very simple which make our moves stress free. Their packing procedures ensured that, things don't get tossed around inside and they always keep us posted on pick-ups and deliveries. They were wonderful

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

VIP Express Moving is the worst moving company ever and should be put out of business. I was given an estimate of $5,742 and my final bill was $13,780 from New Jersey to Texas. Really. They stated I had 3200 sq ft of space, but when the 18 wheeler delivered my items it was only 2100 sq ft of space taken. Customer service is -10. Victoria is the worst person to deal with. She needs to go to anger management and be re-trained on phone etiquette. So many of my items were missing, 2 of which were big items, how could they lose furniture items. Then 3 items they tried to give me wasn’t even mine. The damage to my items was unbelievable. It is apparent that they mix up your furniture with other people’s furniture. I tried calling at least 10 times to speak to a manager, and was told they will take a message and the manger will call me back, never happened. It took 2 weeks to receive my claim paperwork. They require their client to pay by credit card, postal money order or cash upon pickup and I paid with a moneygram money order and it was accepted. Upon delivery I had moneygram money orders and they refused my payment and told me it had to be a postal money order or cash. Then they charged me $500 to redeliver the next day. This company is all for your money stay away. They are the worst moving company in the 20 years I have moved across the country and continent. Read no more and stay away!!

They're very economical

The quotation I received and then the price at the time of pickup was kind of a little different, but then after some negotiation we set up and it's kind of okay. It's not very pricey, they're very economical.

It was good. Everything was alright. The crew was excellent. There was a little delay but it was okay except for the estimate. I paid almost double. But I would recommend them. Except for the price everything was fine.

They made me really happy

At the beginning I was quite confused about which mover to use. Then my friend Paul told me about VIP Express Moving and insisted me to use them. I called them and talked with their sales rep Matthew. He was very attentive and also answered all my questions. He came to my place at the next day and gave me an on location estimate which was very precise. It seemed that they asked for a very reasonable price. So, I booked my move with VIP Express Moving. They did not let me down. The team that was assigned for my move was terrific. They arrived on time and came well prepared for the move. They knew what they were up against and they were ready to manage the odds. I changed some of my requirements at the last minute but those did not hamper the proceedings. They completed the move within the allotted time and delivered my stuffs without any issues. There were no damage, no additional fees and no unexpected delays in the proceedings. Everything went just fine.

After getting a very good job opportunity, I decided to relocate to Silver Spring, MD from Toms River, NJ. I had very little time for the move. So, I had to find a reliable company in no time. My friend helped me a lot and recommended VIP Express Moving. After talking with their sales rep Gary, I got confidence. He explained me the entire moving process, quoted a decent amount and ensured that there will be no hidden fees. The team of 4 men led by Max arrived on time, did the packing like seasoned campaigners and loaded all my stuffs nicely to the trucks. I just had to receive my stuffs at the other end. I have to mention that the delivery was made one day before the schedule and after going through the inventory, it was confirmed that there was no damage or dents to any of my stuffs and the cost was within the quoted amount. I give them 10 out of 10.

Well done

Their rate was quite affordable for me. VIP express moving representative was always available over phone. When I called for the first time, it took no more than three hours for their surveyor to come and note the details for moving. The company sent three strong persons with an excellent knowledgeable foreman on pickup day. They were cautious to handle our belongings. They did really an awesome job. After delivery they helped me to set up my big furniture. My all files were in their relevant drawers. They convinced me not to get anxious. The movers assured that nobody would take or touch the important papers. They made the total move efficiently. I received everything intact and in the same place. I hope VIP express moving will make a great biz in future.

They worked hard with honesty

Sometime, I dont understand why anyone hires a mover with low cost. I am not against lower rate but maximum time it doesnt work for the best. Its definitely not possible to buy a Mercedes for the cost of mini car. Consequently they always get swindled. Its really horrible. I think I was the luckiest one. I was just astounded with the work of VIP Express Moving. They scored hundred percent marks in the process of my move from Camden, NJ to Chicago, IL. They offered a superb rate, not lower but quite affordable for me. The sales agent was awesome to deal with. They delivered the entire consignment without any interruption. I wish, all movers worked hardly and honestly like VIP Express Moving.

Amazing movers

The movers that came to my home were amazing. They did such a great job with my things. From packing all the way to the move, they were so careful. I knew I didn't have anything to worry about. They were very organized in the packing and labeling of boxes. The men did a great job loading up the truck. All the things they did made the move go so smoothly. Thanks fellas for all your help.

They vastly underestimated

It was screwed up in terms of making my estimate. They vastly underestimated. I also contracted them to move my motorcycle and they were a coupe days late picking it up. I guess it would be below average

They did really well

The sales rep Derrick offered the best possible deal, Max and his men did their best for me and they came on time, packed everything like the way I was expecting, took less time than the schedule to complete the move, presented me a picture perfect move and charged me a very competitive amount. This is what VIP express moving provided to me. I am really happy with everything they did for me. I just want to thank them for a great move and for being so nice with me and my family.

It was a good choice

Wonderful service from VIP express moving. It was apropos for a truck to slowly pass by our house for us to take down the details of the company. I know that most moving companies will have at least 40% of unsatisfied service, according to my wife; she did all the research before we jumped in with all feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move - from a 4th floor walk up in New Jersey to Virginia. VIP express moving was a lucky choice of ours!

A priceless experience

VIP Express Moving would surely get a call from me anytime in future. After using this company for my recent move from Georgia to New York I have decided to use them for my all kind of moving needs. I was informed about VIP Express Moving by one of my friends. When I discussed my move with Derrick, their sales guy, I could tell the difference with other movers I used in the past. He managed to explain the entire moving process to me, clearly mentioned what to expect and what not, completed the paper work in no time, accommodated the date I wanted to move, gave me a very precise onsite estimate and assigned the best moving team. These guys arrived on time at the move day, did the packing in few hours and managed the loading with ease. Same crew operated at the other end and unloading was done in record time. I am thankful to everyone for delivering all my stuffs in great condition, within a quick time and within my budget.

ZERO

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. I made an appointment for this last Saturday and paid my deposit. My time window was between 8am and 10 am. At 8:30 am I received a very rude phone call from Barbara informing me that they weren't going to be able to make it today and she didn't know when they would be able to complete my move. I asked when she might know and she told me that she would call back later. I finally received 2pm as the concrete time. 2pm came and went. I called my contact Victoria and she was confused as to why my move was cancelled that day. She put me on hold for a while and returned informing me that if 12pm-4pm on Sunday worked they would be there. I told her that I would make it work I just had to rearrange my schedule. On Sunday I wait, and wait and wait. At 4pm I am still waiting and have not even received a phone call. I again call the number and was told the job before was taking longer than expected and he would call me back when he had a better idea of their arrival. I waited almost 30 mins until I called back and was told the movers still had roughly 30 mins and then they would come to me. I informed him that that did not work for me because I had already rearranged my schedule for them. This morning I tried to call Victoria my contact. She apparently just didn't show up this morning and unfortunately there were not supervisors or managers in the office. So now I have to pay an extra week of rent at my current apartment as well as the rent I have already paid for my new apartment, they still have my security deposit and no one is trying to be helpful or find a solution. This company is a fraud and they are scamming innocent people out of their money. Obviously, the "AMAZING" reviews they have received previously are from friends or the are faked by employees. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I warn anyone who is on a tight budget that this company is not worth the money and do not be fooled my their 4 and a half start rating! It's all a scam.

Very impressive mover

I was not sure about using a moving company but my wife insisted me a lot to go for a moving company. From my past experience, I could easily say that hiring a moving company is just waste of money. But this time I saw the difference between VIP express moving and the other ordinary moving companies. We hired VIP express moving to move our grand piano and a pool table from New Jersey to New York. I wanted a clear house and that is why I sent these 2 giant pieces to my sisters house. These guys did an excellent job for us. They have delivered the piano and the pool table within a very short time and without any damage. Not even a single scratch! Their price was reasonable and there was no hidden cost involved. After a very long time, I was impressed with a mover.

Terrific moving experience!

I recently moved using VIP Express Moving and was blown away by what a great experience it was. I had a very bad experience many years ago with a moving company, so was very nervous about this move. They showed up on time and were the nicest bunch of guys I have ever met. I was sick and they would not let me do a thing. They disassembled and reassembled everything for me. They were so fast, my move cost half of what I thought. Thank you guys so much from the lady on the hill!

Just a few days ago I was badly looking for a reliable and affordable moving company. I never wanted to repeat the previous moving experience which was like a nightmare. So, I searched a lot and finally ended up booking my move with VIP Express Moving. They did really well for an onsite estimate and while making the inventory list. The crew arrived on time at the moving day and then packed all my delicate and fragile items, did an awesome job to handle the furniture and ensured the safety of the glass ware. They moved everything to NJ from RI within the allotted time and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken. I am really happy with such world class service and very affordable price. Now I know which company to call whenever I need to move again.

A thorough professional service

VIP Express Moving is not an ordinary moving company. They are one of the finest in business. My friend told me about this company and that is why I called them for a quote. Their sales rep Gary was very attentive and responsive. He clearly explained what to expect and what not. Their price was very reasonable comparing with other companies and their service was simply outstanding. The team arrived on time, did the packing with ease, driver (John) kept in touch till he reached the other end and then they helped us setting up the furniture. Nothing broke or damaged. All went as smooth as possible and did not cost us more than the estimated amount.

The movers were professional

It was an across the street move so it wasn't really that big of a move. It went well. The movers were professional. The move took an hour longer than expected. There was a hidden fee in terms of moving any large items, so we had to pay an extra fees for large items and any fragile items.

Overall we were satisfied

It went successful. They showed up on time there were 3 men. We wish they had more gear to load large pieces of furniture. They tried to do it with their arm strength and we felt it maybe would've been productive if they would've had a better tool system or structure, but they did well. There were some minor damages to the house when they were moving large pieces of furniture, like some dents in the wall but overall we were satisfied.

DISHONEST QUOTE

I started contacting VIP Express in May for our move in late June/early July and the final quote before pick up is $2867 with detailed inventory as accurate as I could possibly provide beforehand. When the movers came and loaded the truck, the cubic feet is almost twice of what's estimated in the quote! I understand estimates are estimates, but they need to be accurate to a reasonable degree given that the inventory had no significant change. I would appreciate an HONEST QUOTE! I tried many times to call the management, but they kept dodging discussing with me for various excuses, they didn't get the final inventory form the dispatcher yet, the person was not there, it was late and and they would call me back the next day, etc. The people on the phone were friendly but NOT HELPFUL at all. The pickup was supposed to be between 1-3pm, but they movers arrived at 6:30pm. It was 12:45am when they left, although we packed all the boxes ourselves. The delivery was smooth, but they didn't give us 24-hour notice as I was told. We actually got a call close to midnight and the delivery arrived about 1pm the next day.
