Remove pet hair with a squeegee. Removing pet hair from carpeted floors is a difficult and frustrating task. Make it a little easier with a squeegee--dragging this water-wiping tool across your floors will easily gather up pet hair so you can collect it and dispose.

Cleaning your blender the easy way. Your blender takes a beating--whether you're making smoothies, sauces, dips, or soups, a vast variety of messy ingredients are minced and pureed inside your versatile appliance. Luckily, it's just as easy to clean as it is to use. Fill your blender with warm water and a drop of dish detergent. Turn it on blend for several seconds and rinse well. Let the blender dry without the lid to avoid mildew or mold growth.

Cleaning your microwave with vinegar. Scrubbing haplessly as crusty food stains in your microwave is exhausting. Battle this challenging cleaning task by filling a microwave-safe bowl with one to two cups of water, two tablespoons of white vinegar and a few drops of essential oil. Put the bowl in the microwave and set it for five minutes. The steam inside will loosen the food particles and stains on your microwave's walls. After the timer goes off, simply wipe the inside clean with a moist towel.

Clean glasses with vinegar and paper towels. Annoying water spots on your glassware making it look dingy and dirty? Make glasses sparkle with this easy hack. Soak several paper towels in white vinegar and wring out the excess. Wipe down your glassware to eliminate the unsightly film, rinse and dry.

Cleaning your dishwasher. Dishwashers are difficult to clean because of the many hard-to-reach places. Make yours spotless quickly and efficiently by filling a measuring cup with vinegar and placing it on the top rack.  Run your dishwasher cycle on the highest temperature and then sprinkle some baking soda on the bottom. Run the cycle again and your appliance's interior should shine!

Remove stains from microfiber with alcohol. Get stains out of your microfiber furniture easily with rubbing alcohol. in. Fill a spray bottle with the alcohol and spray the stained area liberally. Using a white sponge (colored ones could transfer the dye onto your furniture), rub the stain off of the fabric. Once the area dries, use a white bristle brush to smooth the fibers.

Remove water rings from wood with a hair dryer. No matter how often you admonish guests to use a coaster, you inevitably end up with unsightly water rings caused by dripping condensation from a glass. Don't worry-your wood isn't ruined. First use a towel to soak up any excess water, then set your hair dryer on high and blast the area with heat.

Scrub the tub with grapefruit and salt. Difficult to remove bathtub rings? Get rid of unsightly stains and make your tub look like new the natural way. Sprinkle the inside of your tub liberally with salt. Halve a grapefruit and scrub the salt into the tub using the fruit to make the rings vanish.

Clean shower heads without scrubbing. Sick of scrubbing your shower head to remove soap scum buildup? This hack will allow you to get your shower head spotless over night--while you sleep! Fill a plastic bag with white vinegar and tie it around your shower head, using twist ties or a rubber band to secure it in place. The next morning, simply run cold water through your shower and to rinse away your gunky buildup that loosened overnight. Eliminate stubborn remainders with a toothbrush dipped in vinegar.
