In your case it would depend on what's stated in your contract. If you're paying for a full-service move then yes, they would likely be the ones to load your truck as well as drive it to the location and unpack it for you.

If you've hired moving labor for driving help, then they would only be driving the truck to the location. Essentially it all depends on what you've signed in your contract and discussed with your moving company.

If you have questions you should pose them directly to the moving company you've hired or are considering hiring and discuss fully what you have in mind for your move before they arrive. That way you can save yourself some time on moving day if you know what to expect.
