Usually, there is no way to track a truck by yourself-you'll have to contact your moving company for information on the location of your truck, and/ or the expected delivery date.
How long does it take for a shipment to be delivered?
The length of time you will be waiting for your shipment depends on a variety of factors and can range from several days to a month. Most of all, it depends on the distance--and Michigan to Florida is a significantly long-distance move. It will also vary based on how many other shipments your movers have along the way--companies may stow your goods in a warehouse temporarily if they have another move scheduled in the area a few days later. Other variables include traffic jams, mechanical problems, and inclement weather.
Your delivery window
Your movers should have given you a delivery window upon picking up your goods. Your contract should have more information regarding the company's obligation if they fail to meet that estimated date within a reasonable amount of time--usually two weeks. Since it has only been about one week since your shipment was picked up, your movers are probably still within the estimated delivery window indicated in your contract.
The best way to find out the whereabouts of your shipment is to call your moving company.
