Worst experience ever....
All was ok until I til finding bad reviews that I had not seen prior to days b4 move. Quote.good price...told I could use credit cards for dep and payment which was great I did not have avail cash. Was reassured move would go smooth. They were 2 hrs late. Then told the CC machine broke and would have to pay cash/ check. I did not have this. I was able to scrounge up the dep which was to be given to the head driver prior to loading...they never asked and I was in a rage to begin with so I did ot think to do it they were about to leave & said nothin about it. The last movers that moved me took under 45 mins to load my apartment they took almost 2 hrs. left Memphis at 11:45 AM and did not arrive in Nashville...200 miles until 945PM! After numerous phone calls to the owner it was one excuse after the next. They were to be to me at 5PM! Then it was they stopped for lunch, then they got pulled over by the police, then it was an accident, then they were 3 exits from me...I rode 5 exits and did not see them and from that point of being told they were 3 exits away 2.5 hrs passed by. Then I got a call they were lost. Then another hour passed. They arrived at my apartment at 945 PM! I was fined from the apartment complex $300. Finally they brought my goods to the apartrment...scuffed up the walls, scuffed up my bed and couch and ottoman. To boot the truck was ancient and rotting. Take these off your movers.com website

This is my second move with them and they are an aptly named company as they moved me on time and at a reasonable price. Excellent service at a reasonable price
I was very pleased with my recent move. The movers were at my place before the time they were scheduled and moved my things quite fast, thus saving me some money. They were very courteous and went the extra mile by moving things that I was supposed to move myself.
