Horrible never ever use 24/7

They call give me estimated over the $800.00 after they come pick up my stuff they never inform me how much it will cost me.after they took it they double all most tree bol price. I try to cancel THEY told me Price will be same. THEY ARE HORRIBLE THEY WILL CORNER YOU FORCE YOU TO PAY PRICE YOU MOT AGREE STAY OUT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO TRY TO MAKE ME SIGN A FORM THAT I AM NOT GOING TO SUE THEM OR WRITE BAD REVIEW ABOUT THEM. They still have my stuff i am taking them to court just waiting my lawyer to prepare paper work. Fair service but good customer ...

Came to pick me up the driver's name was Joshua and was very good. Charged me for a T.V. crate was around $50. Sarah called checked if everything went well. They let me know when the delivery was coming which only took 7 days. These guys were much better than my last company used. Good Movers Read more

Horrible company

I am giving it one star because there is no option to give it a ZERO. DO NOT ever use them. They will give you a low ball estimate, then charge you an arm and length when they come to pick up and deliver, and also threaten you if you don't pay up. I was very meticulous in giving the details of all the stuff I would be moving and yet, when the movers showed up, they asked me to pay 50% more. Yes, 50% more! On top of that, there was no one to help me out when I called them company. Every single person I talked to was extremely rude and threatened me every step of the way. When they came to deliver, the exact same thing happened. Threatened to throw the stuff on the road if I didn't pay more. Not to mention that they broke some of my stuff and lost some along the way. I called the company again and still no help. After the move, I tried reaching the company again, but after a few days, when I finally got to talk to the right person, he started with threats again and was non-committal on everything. I am considering legal options at this point - they have burned me way too much. Read more

Robbery

I was quoted extremely low, and didn’t find out till my goods were hostage. I called and spoke with Daniel from the San Diego department and was flat out told I was a racist after asking to speak with a manager. I have been considering legal action. Read more
