Worst moving experience
I've moved more than a dozen times, including 4 times in the last 10 years, so I insisted on an in-person estimate. After a complete walk-through and review of my expectations, we agreed on an estimate and set a date and time. The movers showed late and with NO moving equipment--no appliance dolly or stair dolly, as agrred and no plastic wrap for the furniture, as agreed. Despite having them move LESS furniture than agreed to at the time of the estimate, they brought a truck that was too small. Everything in my house was packed and ready and, fortunately, I had wrapped most of my furniture myself in advance. Nevertheless, it took them 10+ hours to load, drive 3 blocks, and unload. I've never experienced anything like it and I encourage the reader to look elsewhere for service!

Very Unproffessional
Please save yourself the time and the headache. I hired these individuals for a move they damaged two tables,an entertainment system,and a couple of other items.During the move there was a slight delay and instead of prepping my apartment for the move the supervisor was on the phone for 21 minutes talking to another client and remember I pay by the hour so for approximately I paid for an half hour of no work and no labor.

There were too many hidden charges. We were not happy with these people at all. One of the men decided to smoke weed while he was out there. ...I had horrible, horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst Company I Have EVER Had To Deal ...
Noura and Jonathan, I have a current case against this disgrace of a company. The one owner is a drug addict and the other is too stupid to take a deal to replace the thousands of dollars of furniture they ruined. Please contact me if you are interested in piggybacking on my case all documents are being filed by my attorney as we speak. They are due to be served with the paper work in the next day or two so please contact me so we can swap notes. Nothing was done as they indicated it would be. My case is rock solid and I am now going after them for double damages as I gave them several opportunities to settle with me and they chose not to! The paper work they make you sign is full of holes and will not hold up in court as they have no clue what they are talking about!!! Even the owners helpers told me what a joke the owner was and he couldn't even stand up while at my house the helpers had to physically put him in the truck several times and tell him to stay out of the way because everything he touched he damaged. Not to mention he was smoking cigarettes in my home!!!!! Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They have two bone heads at the helm who couldn't make their way out of a wet paper sack! Everything they told me was all lies and they should be ashamed of themselves.

HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Run away as fast as you can! I've never experienced such bad service in my life before! My family ordered 3 men and a truck to move my furniture and they purposely broke my $2300 new fridge and ripped the leather of my $1800 dinner set. Many of my expensive wooden tables and dressers were horrible scratched. When they were supposed to deliver the furniture to my new home, they took a lunch break and purposely damaged my furniture. One of the workers named Carl was so rude to the point that he made my mother cry. After My father paid him, he had the nerve to tell my family "Congrats on your new home, don't ever call the company again". My father called the manager to notify him of this horrible service and he isn't cooperating much. He paid them $700 and the workers lied to him saying I paid $500! These workers would take multiple 15 minute breaks smoking in their truck when they weren't supposed to. My family is planning on issuing a court case soon. I'm warning you, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

Took longer and misplaced hardware for ...
First off, it took them almost six hours to load up a two-bedroom condo, and we didn't think it should take so long. They broke one of our pieces of furniture and have yet to replace it or repair it or replace the leg that was broken. They misplaced the hardware and did not have the same crew come to deliver the furniture to the house so we did not know where it was and thought it was lost in transit, but I found it and had to put the furniture together, but we're still missing the hardware to put another two beds together.

Management was weak in communication ...
The experience sounded really good, they wound up canceling the first day, but not until we waited and waited and called, and then we found out there was a problem that they didn't call us, and we had been sitting there. So they redid it the next day. They didn't bring the wardrobes they said they would. But the two workers worked their tails off, and they were fantastic. So management was weak in communication but the workers were very good!
