We were grossly misquoted with misleading communication and poor performance. Do not allow this company to charge your credit card through written authorization. A low paid manager will fight you tooth and nail to accuse you of misunderstanding the quote and defend employees of stealing your items. Do not use them!

Do Not Use This Company!
This is a horrible company. Very unprofessional management, shady movers, they will break your things and over charge you. They will quote you low and charge you nearly double using as many supplies as humanly possible. They will straight up lie to you. Very unfriendly and disrespectful to military. DO NOT USE!!!! Do your research, they have many bad reviews and are trying to hide them.

Amazing Job
I recently moved to Colorado Springs and had a great moving experience with 5-Star. I hired 2 guys for labor only (I pulled up my own truck and they unloaded everything), and they did an amazing job-- not only were they done WELL UNDER the 3 hours that had been estimated, but they were friendly, helpful (they put everything exactly where I wanted it), and careful with all of my stuff. At one point, I saw the guys actually jogging backwards up the stairs to my 3rd-level walk-up.
They were more expensive that the movers I hired in downtown Chicago, but they were worth every penny.
