These guys are terrible and cowards

Called and talked to a guy named "Chris" very friendly in setting the appointment. I needed help to move my daughter. Set a time. THey never showed up. Called and he hung up. Called several times again and never picked up. Texted- no answer. Left us in a huge lurch. Funny I called today from a Houston number- Chris picked up, when I said Hello Chris I'm checking to see if you are ok since you didn't show up Saturday. The coward hung up. Those poeple are unprofessional and very rude, i set up an appointment with someone name Chris the day before my moving, and i tried to call a day after to check with him the exact time, he never answered the phone and one hour before my moving he sent a txt saying look for someone else just because i called many times. the worst moving company around!

This year, though, completely different story. They came an hour late, didn't call to let me know they were running late. They went to move their truck closer and Chris (the owner) came to ask me details about where I was moving. He then said the tire was low and they needed to exchange trucks and would return in an hour...they never returned. They declined my phone calls that day.
I ended up using 3men movers who were double the price hourly, but reliable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ' data-expanded="false"> I used these movers a year ago and thought I hit the jackpot. Please do not use this company! We had an appt at 9am that they showed up for. When did did they came in looked around and said they were going to move their truck and start. They never came back and never answered our phone call. We only had a one bedroom apartment and everything was packed! Read more
