I had a horrible experience with this company. They showed up late and did not finish the job. They promised to return the next morning to finish. Not only did they not show up,they have stopped communicating with us. They overcharged our credit card and we have not heard from them since. Jason is the person I dealt with. Relocated by mother back home to WA, to be closer to her sisters. Really cut it down to save some money. Bed, Sofa, Table/chairs, and a bunch of boxes - $999 works perfectly for the budget. AAA Came Thru For Us / Thank Goodness

Our other booked mover backed out on us the day before our planned move! We were refereed to AAA and they had short notice availability to get us moved up to OKC. The crew sweat their weight, but persevered thru and made it all a very good experience. The price was good (better than our originally booked movers) and there were no damages to report. THE ABSOLUTE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE ...

We met with AAA to estimate our move, and the price beat most other competitors, by at least 15% and we were also referred from friends of our whom had used them previously as well. The move turned out great. The crew nailed it all down and had the house empty in a day, where most other movers quoted 2 days. The delivery was super fast. They loaded us onto the truck making the delivery, so the truck hit the road at the same time we did. We stayed in a hotel for one evening and they called to schedule the delivery the very next day. Everything arrived damage free, and we were just flat out impressed with the delivery speed, the excellent customer service, and the dispatcher Sophia was right on top of it with communication. Thank you team, this is our best move yet by far, and we have relocated 10 time previous =ly across the country in the years prior. This was the best all around. Worst Experience EVER! Do NOT use AAA ...

This company has the worst customer service of any I have dealt with. We hired them to move our property and store it for us. Upon the move of our belongings back to us, many pieces were damaged and some were even lost. They referred us to an outside company (CSI) to whom we had to send three quotes for repair, pictures, and a list of the missing items. Then we receive, months later, a message from them that AAA refused to authorize the payment. Sofia, the "Operations Manager" for AAA said they were doing an "interior investigation", which, to me was simply another delay since they had had several months to find our missing pieces and had the proof of the damage along with the three quotes. I threatened to take them to small claims court and she responded that I wouldn't be the first and that she could pay only $25/month through that court until paid off. Insults and threats seem to be their way of handling damages and lost items. Read more

Our original movers bailed out on us the evening before. I called Mike at AAA and they were able to get us moved fairly last minute. The movers arrived yesterday to deliver. it wasn't so bad that I would call up ...

I think they overcharged me by an hour and I had three boxes that I specifically told them, have to stay upright and they just ignored that. In fact one of them, the guy was fixing to pick it up, and I told him 'this box has to be upright at all times.' and he just looked at me and said: "I can't do that". He was the boss of the crew too and I was just like okay whatever. There were several boxes that I pointed out, and this is not that big of a deal because it wasn't like a complete move out, there was a lot of stuff that was being left behind, and so there were just several boxes that I pointed out as boxes that needed to go and they didn't get them. It just turns out those were the heaviest boxes there was and I wonder if they just left them because they were so darn heavy. But they got the job done, it did turn into a bigger job than either of us thought. We had to make two trips which cost me a lot more money, but I don't really blame that on them because they didn't know how much stuff was going to go, so they didn't know how to pack their truck so they ran out of space on the truck so we had to make two trips. They could've packed that truck better and had plenty of room, so I don't really blame them for that because it was hard for them to see how much was actually going, therefore, know how to pack their truck, but it wasn't so bad that I wanted to call up and make a stink about it, but I probably wouldn't use them again. We used AAA early 2016 to move half our things to Denver. We decided to enlist them again for the rest of our items and we were not let down. Fair price,and reasonable options. We used AAA moving. And Storage for our move down to TX. We liked that they moved us on the specific date we needed,after we had a couple of delays in the home closing. They were very flexible with our chanfes and I know they must have bedn a little tired of the reschedulings. Honest movers,great pricing

I would like to mention aaa moving vompany as a good mover. Their prices were very competetive when i was gathering quotes. The salesman that helped was very thourough. We landed on an agreement,and booked the reservation. I had made some chanfes the week prior,so i let them know. The day of the move,i had a few other things not going,this dropped the cost,and i was happy they kept their word,saying if there is less volume,the cost will be less also. I hired AAA Moving to perform my relocation to North Carolina for my job. I was most pleased with the communication from Joey the salesman, and the dispatch department regarding my pickup time, and confirmation, as well as the delivery eta and confirmation. My things arrived damage free, and quickly too. I left on a Friday and the delivery was being made that following Wednesday at my new place. I appreciated the most the fact that the cost was the cost with no surprises, the delivery was fast was a big plus, and the communication was done very well. After every phone call with update info, i also received emailed info with the same messages, which i thought was pretty cool. Dependable movers, great communication

This is a good company to recommend if you are moving. The delivery was very fast (5 days to Florida), and the customer service is worth an honorable mention. I liked that they informed me constantly what time the movers were coming, when they were on the way, the estimated delivery time, when the driver was on the road, and they called the day before delivery to arrange. They are on top of their communicating the details and for that i am thankful. My move didnt need a lot of box packing, as its been in a storage for a year or so already, so i didnt grade these guys on packing, but the sure blanket wrapped the heck outta everything. I was relocated for work, these movers ...

I was relocated for work, these movers were the best. The time from pickup to delivery was very fast. There was a small hold up at delivery because the truck was too big for the area, so they made smaller truck arrangements. This was brought to my attention initially as a possibility. My husband brought Pizza over, and the movers were just great to be around. They put together the furniture, everything appears in good condition. I am very pleased with this service. Overall, it was good.

It was two guys, minimum was three hours and it took almost four to move...a partial house into a small apartment, which included furniture, washer/dryer, some boxes...overall it was good. e only had one thing minorly (sic) damaged, I wouldn't necessarily call it their fault. Great Service, Satisfied Customers ...

Met with Sofia in our old home, and she gave us a great deal for a full pack and move. Pickup day the movers were friendly, clean looking, and worked diligently to get our belongings all packed up and loaded. We just received our shipment this past weekend, and we are very happy overall. The delivery was easy, and the guys brought everything in and set up the beds, connected the washer and dryer and fridge. A box was forgotten in Dallas, but I have a tracking number that the are shipping the box to me overnight. Fantastic Moving Experience! AAA All ...

I'm 65 years old, I hate moving. This should be my final move before i die, but i just wanted to take the time to mention that AAA Moving company was fantastic all around in handling my move. Jason was the best in coming out, figuring a estimate, and getting our booking set. Sofia was a doll in handling the delivery. We were certainly impressed, considering we have had bad moves from other companies in the past. There was no funny business, the price actually came in lower than it was quoted, and all of our things arrived in the same condition they were picked up in. It was frustrating and really bad!

Actually, it was really bad. They broke my 42" TV, and then they lost a lot of bolts and nuts for my bed and they didn't even like, assemble anything properly. Then they said we were going to get the furniture in a week, that's what they promised us, but they kept lying. It took 14 days to get our furniture. That was really frustrating. ... Had Lisa come meet with my wife to visual estimate the things moving. She was very helpful in suggestions of how to prep efficiently. Price was on par with other options, but i really liked that they had an A+ with the BBB and a 100% recommendation here on movers dot com. Moving day was a breeze. No surprises, very personable crew. We ordered pizza for them and had a great time talking with them while they got us all loaded up to move. Delivery was a different crew, but very helpful and nice also. We were very impressed how everything showed up with zero damages, and they put everything together in all the rooms for us. I will have to recommend these movers strongly. Only reason I I put "good" and not "excellent" for packing was that I did not need much packing. Wish there was a N/A (not Applicable) button.
