Awful
The boss was completely unprofessional, left boxes behind, there was supposed to be 3 workers, and he only brought 1, and he did a great job, that poor man did most of the work. So a 2 hour job was drawn out to nearly 4. And I felt this was purposeful. He pushed my mother and I around, snuck in extra charges wherever he could, wanted 45 each flight of stairs, talking him down to 25, and he still wanted a tip, and wouldn't even hand us the phone to do so, just stared. And when I called about the 5 boxes he left behind, he blamed it on me. Saying I didn't tell him. I said to bring all the boxes, very easy to understand. Then he said, "well you have a car, right". Ridiculous.
