These guys moved our office into storage a couple of days ago and we were super pleased. Professional, helpful, on time, fast. I would definitely use them again. Break Stuff,Lose Stuff

12/18/2019Previous review Worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever done business with. Only 2nd yelp review ever,but obviously I felt compelled enough to leave my displeasure for others to see for only the second time ever. Next step will be the better business bureau,followed by litigation based solely on principle.. Even those employed by Art have made it clear,litigation is my best bet. This is obviously how he does business. Wrecks your valuables with zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company...Period...Never have I dealt with a company with so much disregard for the human element and he simply does not care about doing the right thing. Art is not a good human being. I will look forward to seeing the rest of this to unfold after being patient,and giving every opportunity for this company to do the right thing. AVOID,AVOID AVOID. Inefficient, had to pay double than ...

They are very inefficient, took 4 hours to move only a few items (2 beds, 1 sofa, 1 settee, 1 dining table and chairs, 1 chest drawer, 1 chester freezer, 1 tv with stand and 2-3 light weight items; that's all - even no boxes) did not bring necessary tools to dissemble and assemble furniture, very slow and super inefficient. They cost me double than the estimated quote, add additional charge for wrapping (I asked about this before I get their service, they said there would be a one time fee of $95 and it would cover everything including wrapping items with blankets, but at the end they changed additional $45 for wrapping). I found later that the mover did not fix my bed properly, so I had to do it by myself. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service! Read more

Our three movers did an excellent job. They were careful with our belongings and cooperative about stopping to drop off some items at a storage location. HORRIBLE COMPANY

My friend use this company he is disabled and these movers damaged his new home his property and will not even return a phone call to fix the damage! When my friend said he was coming down to talk to the owner Art Lopez Who kept ditching his calls saying he will be on vacation would have meetings all kinds of excuses so on my friend said he was going down the talk to him personally when he got there using a Lyft driver this company actually lock the front doors and will not let my friend Mr. Hart even speak to him they would have not paid for any of the damages they made and will not even speak. Worst Moving Company Ever

This company should not be allowed to move peoples belongings, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will damage every piece of furniture, try to mock you and talk back to you when you tell them they damaged everything. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Two of their employees quit during the middle of moving my furniture, and the manager/owner was arguing with them in front of my house causing a scene. Read more

Great Moving Experience!

I had a great experience with this moving company. I've used another moving company before last year when moving from my parents house and was disappointed by how long they took and didn't properly protect my stuff like these guys did! They sent me movers who were experienced. This made the move a bit faster than my quoted time which is great! Plus their weekday rate was cheaper than their competitors. It was good, but they didn't finish ...

The moving went well except, actually I'm kind of not satisfied with them. They didn't complete the job. I guess they wanted more money to move some more stuff and they were supposed to replace the lost bolts for the TV stand and they still haven't done that. Read more

poor service

They said they would be there between 7-9 am then called saying running a little late. I had to call the office to ask where they are and the office didn't know and couldn't get ahold of them.. They arrived at 11:15 am...I would say more than a little late. I had the truck almost 3/4 unloaded by myself. They dinked around for 15-20 mins then the one mover asked for a drink before starting after 3 trips up the stairs the one mover asked to throw things up to the balcony. I stilled helped unload so I could get the u haul returned. by 12:15 we were done however 2 hour min so I had them put my beds together but only one did that while the other sat in the truck. I thought 2 guys would work 2 hours but that wasn't the case. Tanner worked while Christian sat in the truck. I'm not happy at all with this company or the service I received. Looking back I should have sent them away and paid a local guy to help me carry the few heavy things up the stairs. Read more

From the initial call their customer service was professional and very detailed with their pricing. They answered all my questions and we're knowledgeable in providing tips to keep my cost down. The crew that was sent to help with our move were.courteous, respectful and took great interest in protecting our belongings. They worked hard from beginning to end. Fantastic crew

We had a change of plan for the move, and they were very, very accommodating for that second day of move. We had a crew of five, and a four-bedroom home, but it was large and we had all this outdoor patio furniture...they worked for two days straight. Well Done by these guys

I was skeptical at first as I have never used a local mover and have heard some bad stories from my friends that almost prevented me from moving forward. However, from the start, Mitch in sales was professional and transparent with his pricing, they came within $50 of the original estimate. Conrad and Cristian worked their tail ends off and went out of t heir way for me! We enjoyed some pizza at the end, these guys really are a good company and I highly recommend them. Thumbs up!
